According to some television channel reports, BSP and Congress are trying to forge an alliance for contesting the forthcoming elections in Haryana. If this happens, it will have far reaching effects on the poll results.
Rest assured, BSP will want its CM like they did in UP once even with lesser seats.

1991- Samajwadi Party
1991- Janta dal.
Unfortunately Congress was in centre since last ten years. That's why you feel it.

Chances are high that no party will get even simple majority. Governor will invite the party winning largest number of seats.

It depends on ground conditions; we must recall the Jharkhand example where each group led by BJP and Congress had equal number of supporters and the lone independent MLA became Chief Minister !

Remember big majority rule of Congress led by Rajiv Gandhi as Prime Minister and June 1987 Haryana Assembly elections ! Congress could win only 5 seats in Haryana and Chaudhary Devi Lal led alliance swept the rest 85 seats.

A part of the political elite of Haryana has made the pre-poll political scene
in Haryana full of un-certainties and probabilities.
It will take some more time to make out what picture will emerge after the poll
as daily defections/counter defections and forging and breaking newer alliances are coming into light.
Nothing can be said with certainty, as of now, that this or that party is going to get land slide victory.

SAD and INLD have alliance in Haryana.
INLD has decided to field S, Prakash Singh Badal, CM, Punjab as star campaigner of the party in the Assembly Elections in Haryana.
You will recall that the veteran SAD leader had canvassed for INLD in Haryana during the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections, in spite of the fact that there existed state level alliance between BJP and SAD in Punjab even at that time.
But Anil Vij has lodged complaint with BJP high command against this step now [and none of the BJP leaders took note of the fact during parliamentary elections] to restrain Shri Badal from canvassing in favour of INLD during the Assembly elections 2014.
When there exists no alliance at National Level between SAD and BJP, would the BJP High Command intervene in the matter, is yet to be seen !
But it is beyond comprehension why today the BJP is so scared of SAD and INLD alliance and coming together of their leaders on the common stage, when yesterday many central ministers were announcing in unison in meetings arranged in four corner of Haryana that BJP would win 65 plus seats !
Be what it may, interesting turns and twists are there to follow in a few days on this issue too !!
