More tussle in BJP on Jat reservation. All Jat leaders like Virender singh, Dhankhad, Abhimanyu, Barala and other non Jat like Rao inderjeet, saini, kamboj. vij on another side. Some of the BJP MLAs are openly challenging Govt. decision to give reservation to Jats. Interesting days ahead. It seems next election would be BJP vs Congress+INLO alliance. Otherwise no hope for Jats.

Reservation bhi to naukri ke liya hi mang rahe ho. Ya kheti me uria ki saath chhidka ja ga yo reservation.
To naukri ki to padi hi hai.
Izzat to apne aap se hai. Izzat karoge, kaam izzat vala karoge to izzat hogi.

If you do not like or support demand of our Jat brothers, this is not time to show dissent. This is for the Jat families who have lost their loved ones and we are doing our bit to make them feel that there are people across globe who think about them. Also, if you must show dissent, silence is another way to show it.
 
Jats are doing agitation for reservation since long time and we hardly came across such aggressive and violent incidents. But, this time it intended to be different because of few reasons.

First of all, a foul-mouthed MP from the BJP kept provoking jats continuously. Government, instead of stopping him from vomitting communal venom, took it as a counter measure against the Jat but they never thought that it would backfire dangerously. Second, a pre planned fuel to the agitation from the opposition to trouble the already clueless and headless government. Situation became worse when sponsored non jat group entered the scenario with such a destruction mood and started targetting jats with brutal hostility.

Jats have no other option but to fight back and i don't see anything wrong in it. They are supposed to.

Most of the destruction is done by non jat group intentionally to defame jat agitation. The non jat group and the some unsocial and sponsored elements hijacked the agitation when fight started between jats and non jat group. How could jats demolish Jat monuments, dharamshala or jat leaders houses ? But yes they could have torched some government property when police and security forces didn't stopped the non jat group from destructing jat monuments, properties and people.

It hardly matters what people think about our image in public. We are peaceful untill we get provoked to respond. This was our image always and would remain as same in future. Some people wanted to test this and they got the obvious answer.

Now, please stop talking about the Jat image.

Hello Everyone,

I haven't posted anything on the forum for over 5+ years, well life takes over and there are other priorities.

Its a very sad, yet historic set of events going on in the state of Haryana!
The one most important concern I have is Jat image presented to the whole world, by JATS themselves and other communities.
We all know how peaceful we are and how brave we are, fierce indeed!
Smart, yes for sure, do we need reservation.....not necessarily! But if there are other communities as good/bad as ours and if they have reservation, why not us!
You feel unfortunate, apply for it, you can hang in there without reservation, go for it!
There should be all or none kinda argument.....but that's not my point.

All I want to say is please don't soil our own image by sharing emotional videos (eg like that chess genius Ms Beniwal, who got all emotional and pleading fellow Jats to not burn the businesses and cause riots) she talks sense, but somewhere she is implying that jats are ill tempered.....if you are not at ground zero and have no clue what real situation is, please dont try to be smartass! We don't know who really caused the turmoil, looting etc...it might be politically influenced, may be these businesses want to take advantage of situation and get insurance benefits, may be a few idiots who are also jats took advantage of situation, there can be countless reasons, doesn't make the whole community bad. Kinda hurts to spread only negative story.
Lets be positive and share some stories on social media that send a positive message.

I made account on Jatland to write a post like this but you beat me to it. Why Jats are so Image centered?? Jats had a aggressive and rude Image before and they have just proved it. All the violence that happened was shameful but Jats were dragged into this. Jats had no option but to fight back. May be we wont see a Jat C.M for a decade or so that's fine.In a world where marriages hardly lasting 10 years its next to impossible that all these so called 35 caste will stick together forever. Just wait and watch.

Bjp introduced this new politics in hope to introduce a different caste based politics. That aside, I read on the DNA India, wherein it mentioned that near Murthal Amrik dhaba more than 10 women were assaulted & raped by 30 goons. Whoever did this if this turns out true, it is a very serious thing. I do hope that this is just a false rumour. http://flip.it/6PVH7.
