That's cool. Bhai India mein as you know bijli ki itni dikkat sei ... especially in summers ... its hell. I think all other BRIC countries have these basic services available to ppl who are willing to pay for them. Hamare politicians bilji ki supply pe saamp ban ke baithe sein ... they use it as a political tool for votes ..... its shameless.
