I know some of my posts get lenghty and only those genuinely interested in the subject would prefer reading them. Most of my activity is concentrated on a few threads, if I feel strongly about something, I debate about it strongly. A neutral person would be right in thinking, why such a big fuss. But at that point, I am not thinking of the various reactions, I am just doing my Karma...

Brahm IT business also requires skills other than s/w. for me business (any business, I don't know anything other than s/w thats' why I am in this business) is nothing but " Right Time - Right Opportunity - Right People" so I am in the process of making a team of Right People and You are 100% fit in that. Personally, I have been most influenced by writings that are well reasoned and balanced rather than those that are high on attitude. The attitude stuff works for me usually on casual/fun topics. So I try my best to follow the approach that I like to see...

Yeah, it happens in cycles...you are active at times, then passive, then lose interest altogether....
