लेकिन जब एक विश्व विख्यात विदेशी पत्रिका ने " जीजा जी" के "अद्भुत उत्थान" का विस्तार से उल्लेख किया है

I would highly doubt that figure. Panipat comes in Karnal constituency which had approx. 13 Lac voters during last loksabha election. As per your data a Gujrati should have been MP from that LS seat.

Please validate the numbers as I have never meet more than 2 people from Gujrat while leaving in Karnal/Panipat area for more than 25 years.
