point 1: Valid point and is inline with common hindu traditions.
point 2&3: Dnt agree. They are not followed by even rajasthani jats leave apart hindus.
point 4: Can't Agree. Helping the criminals is not a good gesture and this point somewhere will add a reason indirectly for the gov. to not even listen you seriously (so u will loose ground on rest of the points also)
point 5 : Can't Agree. Marriage of too legal adults should be their decision and restricting the witness list is against the right to marry by choice. Court marriage are to support people to want to marry with choice(and legal) but if family and others don't agree with them. In that sense, point 5 diminishes the whole purpose of court marriage.
point 6: No way. These guys have already proved how intelligent and lawfull decision they can take. Never hope this to happen.
point 7: valid point.
point 8:

use your right to speak. However you cant force others to speak what you want.
point 10: seedhi dadagiri

well jats can make that happen i m sure

point 11 &12 : no personal view.
Ok, having said that, I feel most of these points are related to haryana jats so they really does not represent the whole jat community and hence al hindus. So how can anyone expect that based on that, hindu marriage law can/should be updated.
