This Village is predominantly a jat dominant village having jat gotra naming Bijarniya, netwal, luhach ola, jangu,phoolphakar, geela ,dhayal ,dudi etc

Historically jats of this village worked as a tenets under thakur of village under marwar riyasat.

Thanks to the land reforms after independence thay successfully got the ownership transferred in their name by 1960s

In recent times jat youths of thikariya khurd marked this border village on national level

Vijaypal bijarniya of this Village got All india rank 653 in IAS/upsc civil services examination 2025 creating history as he becomes the first ever IAS selection in his tehsil in 75 years .

Madan netwal of this village got 378 rank in RAS 2023 Making this village proud with first ever RAS selection .

many jat youths are serving in armed forces, state government and central services. Young generation jat youth are clearing NEET/JEE in recent years.
