I met you last year at your reception at Baraut, (U.P.) and again at the residence of Hon`ble Central Labour Minister, Dr. Sahib Singh Verma, when you were personally invited by the Hon`ble Minister to be the Chief Guest for the 'First World Jat Convention of the 21st Century' held at New Delhi on March 14, 2003.
I take this opportunity to renew this invitation for the '2nd World Jat Convention' to be held at Delhi on 27th and 28th February 2004.
It is proposed to have you as the 'Chief Guest' on 27th February and Mr. Ram S. Arya of Arya Properties, USA to preside over the inaugural function.
On the first day (27th Feb.) official agenda for social welfare programmes of the community will be discussed spread over 3-4 sessions, followed by a cultural programme in the evening.
The next day (28th Feb.) will be an ‘Open Session’, wherein Political leaders, Intellectuals, Educationists, and other dignitaries will participate & deliberate on 'Current Developmental Strategies.' Players and achievers of national and international repute will be honored.
