Another new moderator

Hi everyone,
With two moderators (Sanjeet and Rainu) leaving and only one new moderator appointed (Samar), we felt the need to have another moderator. To keep a balance between male and female mods, we wanted to select a lady this time. The moderators were unanimous in the decision of selecting Kamna Nadar ji as our newest moderator.

A lot of you may have met her on chaupal and found her to be reticent. She doesn't talk to just anyone but those who have had the good fortune to talk to her know her as a warm and affectionate person. In my opinion she would be able to fill the void left by Bharti ji, and I have already received a lot of positive feedback from members in the chaupal. Please join me in welcoming her and be patient as she learns the nuances of this job.
 
yes,bharti ke jaane ke bad we seriously need a female moderator like her.I know didi very well.she is a very unbiased person with true values.very gud selection of a moderator this time.

Waise Ritu di , we must not be looking for the only unbiasedness always , i mean this all perception of a moderator just being there for arbitration is not ideal.

We should be looking towards moderatorship for leadership :)

anil i did not say that unbiasedness is prerequisite for moderatorship.I was only telling about kamna jis nature.yeah ,and for me unbiasedness is something a moderator should have to have.satyeshwar has this kind of nature,or atleast he try to be.thats why i respect him a lot and respect his judgement always.

Good choice Bagh....i had a chance not only to chat with Kamna but even met her once and i found her....Bold enough take up this new challenge:) Just hope that SUMMER is like BREEZE;)

I think you all have made the correct decision....kamna didi is best suited to this job....

but y r the other ppl leaving :confused:
