Yaar kamal hai jab hooda gov. Mein police ke dwara fire kiya jata hai toh ye law and order ka issue.aur jabki inld gov. Mein asa hota hai toh tum log kahte chautala ne goliya chalyie. Yaar ase doguli policy toh mat apnao.ye sare answer deker tumne sirf apne aapko satisfy karne ki koshish ki hai.aapka ye attempt bahut jyada appreciating hai.par in aapke kuch answers mein dam wali baat nahi hai.

Dear Sumit Dahiya Sahab,
The law and order is the responsibility of any government, no matter who leads it. In a democratic set up, dialogue is the way to deal with the issues. If any department want to protest, they should by all means do it without disrupting the essential services, and the peace of the neighborhood. When the agitation becomes unruly, the use of force is required to ensure the safety of the people and maintainance of the law and order. The security forces have an extremely difficult task to perfom. Let me assure you, the all soldiers are not trigger happy people. They also have to protect the dignity of the uniform they wear as well as their personal safety. As I said, I don't know, in what circumstances these firing took place, but I am absolutely sure, if the agitation was not damaging the public peace and did not become unruly, no police will open fire.
Neither Mr. Hooda, nor Mr. Chautala must have been on ground when these firing took place. The problem is that more often than not we try to give a political color to every thing, without realizing the problems of the security forces itself. Yes it is the duty of the CM to ensure the safety of the people of his state, but it is also the duty of law abiding citizens not to disrupt public conveniences that has nothing to do with the problem.

I am not saying all politicians are saints, but all whoever is the leader has to take decisions to maintain the law and order of his state. Does any one of us takes a wrong decision? When the decision is taken it is right, but if does not produces ther desired results, or results in a catestrophy, may be it is due to the error of judgement in assessing one or more factors that led to that decision. I hope that clears some of your questions.

Kindly list your party/ leader's achievements also here.

It is easy to critisize people and their policies. Kindly enumerate something positive. If you are a Chautala follower, kindly write in detail as to what he did for Haryana except goondagardi, corruption and extortion.

Since we are living in a society governed by politicians every question raised will also have political ramifications. The questions posed above are also have political bearing. Today I would like to limit my opinion to the issue of price rise only. We have witness in the past few months unprecedented price rise in almost all the items of daily use. It may be anything such as daal, aata, vegitables, fruits, sugar, diesel, petrol or any other item of common daily use. Ideally the price of any commodity should be governed by the demand and supply position of that commodity. If the supply of a commodity exceeds the demand its price will come down and if the demand exceeds the supply the price of that commodity its price will go up. But we have witness that the price of any commodity is not governed by the demand supply rule. Otherwise how can the price of daal and sugar skyroket within a short span of time. After all the supply (read production) of these commodities did not come down in few days. So some other factors also play a very major role in the price mechanism. These are forward trading of commodities (as in the case of daal), statements of important persons (statement of Mr.Sharad Pawar regarding lower sugar production probably to benefit sugar lobby of Maharastra in view of the coming State Assembly elections refers), cartel by the players in the field, bad planning by Govt. (sugar is being exported at almost one third price (Rs.14 per Kg) than is available to domestic consumers), choice of time by the Govt. as to when it will be politically correct to increase price and when it will not be politically correct (price of diesel and petrol were reduced prior to election and increased after the elections and in Delhi electricity charges were increased after the elections, though in the name of withdrawl of subsidy) etc. Though any Govt. cannot visualise all the possibilities likely to come up in future but the Govt. should act immediately to provide relief to common masses. Ideally every Govt. should keep in mind the condition of the poorest of the poor and then try their level best to keep the price of daily consumption items in check. But alas no Govt. (i.e. Govt. run by any political party) is sensitive to the sufferings of the common masses rather the politicians (who matter) either keep a blind eye to the sufferings of common people or they have the interests of certain persons (business/indusstrial houses) uppermost in their mind. I think it is not difficult for the Govt. to take immediate corrective measures to provide relief to common people if they have will to do so.

Dear Malik Sahab,
You have narrated the problem in great details, and that is exactly what happens. No, matter which political party is in the power the trend is the same. As I had mentioned earlier, that the public memory is short, and that is what politicians exploit during their election campaign. Unfortunately, since most of the leaders have a point or two against, they don't counter each other in public, and hence the need of a meaningful public debate on national media.
Stocking of commodities, by the rich business people, is a social problem. The law and order machinary needs to act against those. Closing the Option market probably may not be the right thing to do, but one must ensure that no one is able to keep the essential commodities in stock for more than a short period of time. The government itself need to make more storage facilities, but then that leads to the corruption by the government officials.
The problem can only be solved by rejecting the politicians who have been proved to be corrupt once. This will lead to rejection of almost most of them. We have two national parties, there is a third front, probably there is a need to have the fourth front comprising the nationalist people from younger generation. We need a mass movement to educate our brother voters about not to have a political bias towards tainted politicians. What we are doing since independence, that we are giving alternative chance to these people to make money. Problem is complex and there are going to be no easy solution. The best thing that we can do is to remain neutral to political alligience and remain loyal to the issues of national interest.

7. What about POLICE STRIKING on TEACHERS leading
to death of one female teacher.

That is a controversial issue. Maintaining law and order is the duty of police. I am sure there might be a government version of the case and one by the opposition. What is true is anyone’s guess. Both can come out with eye witnesses to support them. Not being able to get to the truth is the misfortune of our social system, and as of now we need to live with that, unless a warrior like you takes up the sword to correct the system. Let me assure you, if you start the fight for the right reasons, without any bias you would find enormous supporters for the cause. Most people are in fact fed up with the corruption, and would join anyone who is willing to lead the way.

ON Factory workers of GURGAON. Though as usual a
forgotten STORY....as they were POOR people.

Same as question 7.

8. Recruitment SCAMS as Cancelling of recruitment for
PEONS in haryana govt.

Cancellation or recruitment could be as big a scam, as the recruitment itself. So let me tell you no one is saint there.

9. Why CONGRESS have ministers who have no

..........a big list...remember they are

A cabinet minister need not have a political base. In fact it is good, because that person does not have to please his/her constituency. It should be purely the experience of the person to handle the post, intellect that a person has and the educational back ground. Well when Ms. Rabri Devi can govern a state, I am sure those named by you may do a better job than that. Regarding connections, less we talk about better it is. Ch. Devi Lal brings Ch Om Prakash, Ch. Charan Singh brings, Ch. Ajit Singh, Ch. Ajit Singh brings Ch, Jayant, and Ch Om Prakash Chautala brings Ch. Ajay Chautala, and we object to Nehru and now Hooda dynasty??

10. No Control on PRICES..Sugar...etc
No Control on terror.

Price rise has been the sore issue in every country and every time. The party in office has to bear the brunt of this issue. That is the reason, more often than not, opposition benefits with this issue, not because they have suggested a solution, but because of anti establishment vote. Prices are derived from the “demand and supply” relationship. With the economy becoming global, it has become further complicated. There are things over which the government has no control, like “Oil prices”. The government is doing its best to have more nuclear energy (the idea that your opposition parties opposed) to have less dependency on foreign oil.
I have tried my best to analyze the situation and have tried to do justice to genuine questions that you have raised. I don’t expect to convince everyone here, but have tried to answer these questions from the other perspective to the best of my knowledge. I am not Mr. KNOW ALL, and hence would definitely have left some gaps. It would be interesting to listen to others views on the subject so long they are not biased.

I agree that chautala was more JAT supportive than hooda. But in INLD period there was no free lunch for anybody. JAT got jobs by giving bribe.
and how can you select totally underserving candidate only based on cast???.
it's better to have good persons in the system rather having any undeserving JATS.Castism is ok but upto some level. You can give preference to JAT over others if he has some qualities. Say u select teachers only because they are JAT then what will happens to students?? will students be able to do anything?
In hooda goverment also JATS also getting job but only those who has some qualities. there is no dout corruption and crime level decrease in Hooda goverment. here i am not supporting any political party. My point is simple who ever does better, give chance to him. There is no dout that hooda is much better CM than chautala

Haan yeh baat toh sochee nahi. chautala bhi durdarsee nikla. Undeserving ko post mil gayee.woh bechare kahan dhake khate. ghar toh unko bhi chalana hai na. Aur deserving toh aur kahin ja dekhenge, :D. Complete Socialism. Just Joke dont take it seriously.

Bribe toh hamesha hi chalti hai bhai. Lene dene wale toh har govt mein apne kaam nikalwa lete hai, same in huda case.

Main issue hai ki joh aadmi Political advantage ke liye apne Coleagues ko bhi lat mar sakta hai, hudda ke bare mein hai, woh public ka kya bhala karega. Uski apne congress leader ke sath dusmani kaise nikal raha hai - Make their constituencies and favouring area Hell. Who suffer - People like us. If any body VOTE to this kind of practise they are putting their foot on ara-machine.Surely we i wont. and so are you. no?

Well Sir here i have a doubt
Agricultural land is shrinking day by day reason like CM Haryana did (Aquirement of agricultural land) Why he did so?
So that he can show/bring development to his district.
We have acres and acres of barn or unfurtile land. If you go to bhiwani from bhiwani to rajasthan border you will find agriculture depends on monsoon only but land in Bohar baliyana and kheri sadh village is very fertile canals are there and ground water is also not so deep.
Why our hon'ble CM selected Bhiwani for IMT?
Same rule applies on every comodity Demand and supply
This year sugarcan is very less all across India. and people are boosting here that price of sugarcane has been increased by 15rs. per quintle and price of sugar is increased by more the 25rs. per kg (as today). Why people will grow sugarcane when price paid to them is not as per demand?
Hooda govt. had increased price of land for aquirement by 3 times it is a good news for those whose land is aquired but people need houses for which prices has been increased five or more times. In last five there is no new sector developed by HUDA in gurgaon but sector numbers has increased from 55 to more then 120 how? all land was sold to private developers.who give bribes to govt. and get land for lesser price and sell it on gold rates. Once i had discussion here about roads in gurgaon and our senior member told that i saw very good road from mata mandir to palam. it was completed only on one side they might be doing it on other side also. Recently i came to know that this road was built by ANSALS as they constructed flats near palam vihar. Still it is on one side. Here are few links of present situation

After silently bearing up with a waterlogged service lane near 39km Stone on Delhi-Gurgaon expressway, industrialists in Udyog Vihar Phase VII have finally decided to raise the matter with authorities. The lane in Sector 35 provides way to the industrial area housing offices of several MNCs, IT firms and factories.
The industrialists recently held a meeting and demanded immediate solution to the problem. They said if the authorities failed to resolve the issue, they would approach consumer court. ``We pay toll tax on the expressway so that we can get a smooth drive on the stretch. In reality, we have to drive through stinking drain water to enter the area,'' said J P Singh, director of an IT firm JPS Impex. ``In the factories and industrial establishments thousands of people work every day and they are forced to drive or walk through the sewer water. We are losing deals as foreign clients visiting our offices say that that the environment here is not good for business.''

Plinth of several houses are below the sewer line and residents living in those houses are the worst sufferer, as dirty water easily enters into their house," says Hari Om Tyagi, a resident of Shivaji Nagar. Roads are also worn out at most places in Shivaji Nagar.

The sewer outlets in the colonies have not been connected to the main sewer outlet that passes alongside the Expressway. This is the main cause of waterlogging as the lines get choked and sewerage flows back.

Faridabad's slum concern is second only to Mumbai

Dipak Kumar Dash, TNN 7 December 2008, 10:24pm IST
NEW DELHI: Faridabad seems to be catching up fast with Mumbai when it comes to sprawling slums. With 46% of its population living in slum areas, it's only second to Mumbai which has 54% people residing in slums.

This was stated by P K Mohanty, joint secretary and mission director of JNNURM, on Wednesday at the national conference on JNNURM and Urban Mobility India in the Capital. So far, Faridabad ranks second among the 35 million-plus cities as far as the slum population is concerned. Moreover, majority of the NCR cities of Haryana including Rewari, Rohtak, Hisar, Sonepat, Panipat, Karnal and Bhiwani have over 30% of their population residing in slums, according to the 2001 Census report.

Planners say that Faridabad has achieved this notorious distinction due to rapid industrial development witnessed in the late 1970s and unplanned development. Also, they say the city managers have failed to create affordable housing for industrial workers. "Because of industrial development, work force from all over north India came here in search of jobs due to which the slums expanded,'' says Faridabad municipal commissioner R K Khullar. He added that the city was known as the New Industrial Township (NIT).

Those who have lived here for over half a century recollect how the sleepy urban centre became the hub of industrial development in north India with several reputed industries starting their operations in early 1980s. "By 1987, it was at the peak with over 15,000 industries operating from here. The unorganized work force poured in, however, enough housing was not available to accommodate them. Hence, these migrants started living wherever they found space. These areas converted into slum clusters,'' says Ramni Prabhakar, general secretary of Manufacturers Association of Faridabad.

The unplanned growth and sprawling slum areas covered a major portion of Faridabad and colonies such as AC Nagar, Sanjay Colony, Mujeswar and Azad Nagar dotted the city. "Faridabad is the Dharavi of north India, the largest slummed city,'' Prabhakar says.

For the big industrialists and well-off residents of Faridabad, these slum clusters have spoilt its beauty. And, the unplanned infrastructure has made the city unlivable. Khullar says they have been taking enough steps to take development to each and everyone. "We have been successful in providing water supply to most slum-dwellers. We are also constructing 4,000 flats for the poor,'' he adds.
