Hi Nishant,
In other word you can call him Revenue Analyst also , as the name is mentioned it is related to the projects , generally it comes under the consulting divison whre we create the projects ( like your FP , TM projects) , generate the invoices , generate the reveue , fund the projects , add the consutants ...( Revenue is generate as per the hours which a consultant entered in a project ) ...so i hope you can understand some thing frm it...hihihi
