If am I right u r working with MSIL - Gurgaon (but don't know the your profile there).

If you are looking for a job in OEM , then option are like that:-

NCR region : JCB can be better option.Japanese will not pay much as they are much aware about indian market.Better to stay with four wheeler manufacturer rather to go two wheeler manufacturer ( It's my opinion).

Pune:- Europeon automotive giant ( VW , Audi , Skoda , FIAT, Mercedes -Benz etc.) choose Pune as their manufacturing hub , salary paid by them are also good. However GM India ( Based at Baroda - Gujarat & Pune new plant ) pays good bucks.

Indore:- Force motors have 1 plant at Indore.One more good option at Indore is that German based MAN truck put Commercial vehicle plant with 50:50 JV with force motors.

Bangaluru:- Volvo India at Bangaluru also good in terms of salary.

Chennai: Also become automotive hub of world best automotive companies like Hyundai, RENAULT - NISSAN, BMW etc.But I am not aware about their salary stucture.




In my opinion you should look for comapnaies manufacturing the heavy machinery and commercial vehicles as passenger cars manufacturer facing the tough competition.India market players are JCB - faridabad , Hyundai -pune , Caterpillar - Chennai ( My favourite ),L&T Case - Indore ,Volvo - Banglore

Here I would like to add one thing: Japanese not pay in terms of money & there u hav to work for long hrs. but they provide ample chance to grow professionally like foreign visits proffessional training etc.

Yogesh Sir,


It's upto you that how you see the things happening around you.Problems are every where only their type change or vary company to company.

My personal experience ( However you are much much experienced than me with private companies ) with private sector is that more you faces the problems more you will learn as nothing comes out at free of cost.


Once agian I will recommend for heavy machinaries or CV companies.
