The Haryana & UP govt should include Baghpat & Sonipat in N.C.R. rather than focusing on already developed cities like gurgaon & noida ......

sir i think u are not aware of the real fact .The areas is considered to be in N.C.R. if we have the proper delhi number workigng there .

Both areas are very close to delhi like noida & gurgaon ,but you can see the differences among them .
WE dont have that kind of development in Baghpat as we have in noida .

Sonipat is developing on a good track but not as much aw we have the development in gurgaon .

WHy not to take the further development in jat's heartland like sonipat & baghpat ?

Congress govt should focus more on the development of areas like sonipat & Bahadurgarh ,rather than only focussing on gurgaon .

We should have unifrom development everywhere ..........Gurgaon has already developed a lot .Farmers of gurgaon especially Ahirs have got crores of rupees for their land .

Why not to bring development in jat's heartland bro ? What is wrong in that ? Haryana is jat land ,why not to focus on jat's dominant areas rather than focusing on other mixed commnunity areas like gurgaon ........

You are right, west Delhi(Including Delhi area like Nangloyee, mundka etc) they have planned many systematic jhuggi jhopdi, which would cause problems in future. What our so called leader doing, how come all JJ colonies are comming to west Delhi side only.

Could any bro tell me what is the rate of 1 kila agricultural land in Sonipat & corresponding rate in gurgaon .

I am sure it will be much higher in gurgaon ........

Who is taking the benefit of this ????????mainly ahirs and upto some extent jaats & gujjars .

Why not to change the development era now towards these 2 districts ???????

Delhi govt should also consider the development of north-west delhi ....................

North-west delhi contains a huge poppulation of jaats .Sahib singh verma village Mundka also comes under north-west delhi ....

But unfortunately His son Parvesh verma did not get the ticket in this last time MP election from BJP .

Gurgaon 1980 ke aaspass develop hona shuru hoya tha aur usi time DLF ne jameen khareed li thee Shayad 90paise per sq. Yard ke rate se.
Jahan jagah ki tangi ho aur heavy demand wahan rate apne aap badh jate hain .
Sonipat ko Haryana ki baaki Haryana ke hisab se compare karoge to rate bahut jyada hain Sonipat ke.
Aur agar Govt. jyada dhyan nahi deti hai Noth-West delhi ke development par to iska fayda bhi in logo ko milega kyonki jo area jitna baad mein uthega uska rate utna jyada hoga aur development bhi jyada hogi Rohini aur Dwarka iske examples hain.
Rahi baat Parvesh aali to wo Lal Krishan Adwani ji batawenge. Usne nirdaliya election ladna chahiye aaj Bharat Singh ne poori dilli jane hain kyonki usne apni pakad bata di.
 
Bhai jaha tak meerut ki baat hai ,Meerut to pehle sai he bhot developed hai .Noida koi developed hue 10-12 saal sai jyada nahi hue .Meerut is 65 km away from delhi .The area which is nearer to delhi will be developed first .This is the reason of development of noida & gurgaon (just 15-20 km from delhi ).

Baghpat & sonipat also have the same location (15-20 km away from delhi ) ,then why not to bring the development here ?

Gurgaon mai development kafi ho chuka hai ab Govt ko other areas kai development par dyan daina chaie .

Aur aap kehe rahe ho ki agar north-west delhi mai development late hoga to uska benefit milega .kya benefit milega bhai ......

Development needed without including it in NCR

My dear fellow Jat bros,

Why do we want Sonipat and Baghpat to part of NCR??

It would be really unfortunate and sad if more of Haryana and Western UP comes under NCR.

WHY NOT DEVELOP HARYANA AND WESTERN UP WITHOUT INCLUDING THEM IN NCR? Are the citizens residing in Haryana and Western UP lesser Indians than those living in Delhi or NCR? Are the citizens living outside Delhi/NCR second class citizens? Why is it necessary that in order to have development, Haryana/UP has to become part of Delhi/NCR??

If we have still not learnt from past lessons, we will never learn. How many Jats are working in the offices in Gurgaon/Faridabad? How many Jats/locals are living in those upmarket and high-end residential complexes/societies like those of DLF, Ansals?? Most of them are outsiders - Bengalis, Biharis, Punjabis, South Indians?

For God's sake let's save our land from outsiders. Even if there is no development, at least the land remains in the hands of the locals who can themselves develop it for themselves and not for outsiders.

It is the fault of the leaders that they have not developed Haryana and Western UP. As it is Haryana and Western UP because of its being part of NCR is already being used to dump all the bad things in those areas including polluting factories, Garbage dumps, Jhuggi Jhopdis, etc. Instead of development for the locals, what the govt. will do as it has done in the past is it will forcefully acquire land at a cheap price and hand it over at high price to Outsiders.

Therefore develop Sonipat and Baghpat by all means but by not including it NCR. We need to learn from our past mistakes.
 
Bro your point is just like one side of a coin & that too like as biased coin .U have only written only about the loose points not about the good things that we will achieve by this .Let me explain one by one bro.........

Yes u r right that western UP/Haryana is supposed to be among the richest belt of india .Incuding them in NC.R. does not mean that we will have the ruling of delhi govt there ,still the Haryana & UP govt will rule there .

We all know that developmnet in N.C.R is occuring at a much faster rate than other regions .

We all know that jat is a ruling clan from ancient times ( land owners especially ).We never focused on education in the ancient time but now the things are changing .change is a gradual process(it can't be happened with in a day or week) .Our jat bros are concentrating on education now ,they are being selected as IAS,IPS ,Judges & other high rank govt officials & they are doing good in sports & other fields as well .

Aur bhai jitna yeh tumare Bengali,bihari ,punjabi,south indians pure mahine mai kamate hai utna to gurgaon/noida kai kisan jinko acha land-compensation mila hai 1 week mai kharch karte hai ,we all know about land rates in gurgaon .

Why the jat should only limit himself to agriculture/army/police ? Agar Baghpat/soniapt NCR mai aayge to yaha bi job opportunities aaygi ,humare jaat bhaio ko bhi acha paisa milega ,they can utilise that money for doing the business/other activities ,they can make investment with that money ,there are so many ways .

Aaj noida ka mostly gujjaro ki land ja chuki hai ,kya ab yaha gujjaro ka hold nahi hai ????????

still the MP is surendra singh nagar & 2 gujjar MLA's vedram bhati & satvir gujjar ............. They will always be on a positive edge than others .

Gugaon ka MP har baar Yadav he kyo banta hai (rao inderjit singh yadav) .They have lost most of their land ,ab unka hold kyo hai vaha par (in gurgaon ).............kyo sir ???????????

Especially in Baghpat ,jat farmers have very less land (avg. land-10-15 Bigah ) .5 bigah=1 killa .Itne kaam land mai koi kya to khayga ,kya bachayga ?????They have no option rather that trying for police/army or opting for any other occupation in areas like delhi ,noida .

Aur bhai yeh Bungali ,bihari sale kaal bhi labour class thai aur aaj bhi labour class hai ,chahe yeh juggi jhopdi mai rahe ya bade bade apartments mai .U can't compare these with jaats ........

U also talked about the land acquistion policy ,these depend upon state to state .in this respect ,we dont have any problem in Haryana because we have jat gove here ,our govt will not exploit our own people ........i am sure of this ..

Rahi baat UP govt ki ,pehle aaj yeh jo noida mai development hua hai ,earlier this was supposed to be done towards Baghpat .(About 15-20 years back ,but our jaat bro of baghpat denied to give their land & the plan was swiched towards noida then .

Mayawati is a very good politician ,she knows that to keep herself safe in western UP ,she has to keep with him ......she will not deny any demands of jaats as we want to cut out the voter bank of RLD & she had got success in this upto to 40% .U must have seen last time Mayawati support the Jat's reservation movement to give a blow to Ajit singh RLD president .

Now Farmers of Baghpat realise their mistake.U can't earn more than 1 lakh per month even if u have 40-50 bigah of agricultural land but the farmers of NCR region especailly gurgaon ,spend this much with in a week ...........

Bhai bilkul sai. . . Actually. . .most of da dail up downers are majorly 4m dese 2 dstrcts. . . It wud hlp those guys and the economy n infastructure f these 2 dstrcts as being included in n.c.r
 
bilkul sahi hai vaibhav bhai,acha to aap Dhikauli kai ho.Dhikauli is a very famous village in Baghpat.We haver many relatives in Baghpat.I basically belong to a village in Muzzafarnagar(Bhokharedi near bhopa).My schooling is from meerut .

Bhai Bilkul sahi kaha aapne,Baghapt is a very place in some perspectives like its closeness to delhi ,even though This BSP govt dont want to develop Baghapt,Our choudhary sahab Ajit singh ji ko time miltha nahi Baghapt mai aane kai liyr to baghpat ka development kaise hoga ...............
