best colleges in Canada for MS in Electronics & Communication ?

hey all, i have completed my B.tech in Electronics and communication in June 2012 and now i wish to do MS in the same field. my GRE's exam is lined up on 5th September .the test makers have introduced a new rule that the students will have to submit a list of four universities/colleges of their choice for free counselling on the text day and i yet don't have any idea about the best institutions in Canada .can any of u help in selecting the colleges ?

1. McGill University (21) - mcgill.ca

3. University of British Columbia (50) - ubc.ca
4. University of Alberta (133) - ualberta.ca
5. McMaster University (155)
