Bhatta Parsul

I was thinking Bhatta-Parsaul to be a Gurjar village as there are many Gurjar villages in Greater Noida region. Hmmm...so they are Jats...really Jats are very dangerous...to put the armed police forces at bay is not easy...All charges on Manvir Tewatia are false. Some powerful Jats should do something for the safety of this man.
 
We are living in very dangerous times. The combination of the fascists tendencies of the Dalits / Brahmin / Muslim combine is out to rape the jat cultural heritage. It was the same in JADUAL village in bulandshahar where the jats men & women were mercilessly beaten by the Dalits. In Muzaffarnagar where the wife of Kadir Rana the member of parliament and mafia don of bhajun samaj party demolished the images of charan singh and mahatama gandhi in the village panchyat. As Bertold Brechet the German playwright said of the Nazis "they first burn the books and then the people". So the books and the people are now being burnt alive. Jats in other states of Punjab / Rajasthan / Haryana have combine to gain political power but the jats of UP are a miniority and not significant in the political calculations. They are therefore being targeted by the mafia combine and systematically slaughtered.It is time for all jats to combine and create the political awarness before we get decimated. The fascist combine is deadly as seen in the slaughter of the jews in nazi Germany. The time has come don't tell me that i did not warn the community.

Noida: After violent farmers' protests for enhanced land compensation, authorities of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway on Monday decided to hike land rates by 12.5 per cent.

Finally, Mayawati government bows down. It shows that present U.P. government awakes after being kicked. If this decision had been taken before then hopefully there would have been no killing of both farmers and administration personnels in Bhatta-Parsaul. Though hike in land rates is still not enough, I think.

50-60 hajar rupiye Gaj Rohtak mein e 40-40 hajar rupiye gaj ho rahi hai dharti.

ग्रेटर नोएडा तो नाम है उस क्षेत्र का. यमुना एक्सप्रेस वे तो आगरा तक जाएगा, जिसमें ग्रेटर नोएडा, अलीगढ़, बुलंदशहर के बहुत से गांवों की जमीन का अधिग्रहण होना है, बल्कि हो चुका है. 990 रुपए मीटर रेट का मतलब होगा, लगभग 9 लाख रुपए की एक बीघा जमीन. फिलहाल उस क्षेत्र में खेती की जमीन का भाव 1.5 -2.5 लाख रुपए बीघा से ज्यादा नहीं होगा. ऐसे में जिसके पास 10-11 बीघा भी जमीन है तो सीधे करोड़ रुपए आ गए समझो. बिजनौर, गजरौला की तरफ जमीन का वही 2 लाख रुपए बीघा के आस-पास भाव है. वहां पंजाब और हरियाणा के भी बहुत से लोग हैं, जिन्होंने जमीन ली हुई है. गंगा के किनारे की बेहद उपजाऊ जमीन है. वहां 70-80 लाख रुपए की ले लो जमीन और बाकी पैसे से ठीक-ठाक घर बना लो अपने-अपने गांव में, जमीन को फार्महाउस टाइप कर दो. कुछ पैसे फिक्स करवा दो और काच्चे काटो...उत्तर प्रदेश में कई ऐसे क्षेत्र हैं, जहां वाजिब कीमत पर अच्छी जमीन उपलब्ध है.
एक 10-11 बीघे के किसान को 30-40 बीघे का आदमी बना रही है सरकार और क्या कतई नासां में बंबू दोगे सरकार कै. अगर फेर भी तसल्ली न हो तो भाई, फेर तो जमीन अधिग्रहण कानून को बदलवाना पड़ेगा.

The compensation which the farmers have got for their land is not more than 10 % of the market rate .

This BSP goverment in UP is exploiting the farmers .
what she had done with our jaat bro's that all know .People who were died in clash ,their dead bodies were put on fire.This is true becuase i have one relative in Bhatta village ,i know what has been done there .

This is because we guys don't have unity and our leader like Ch. Ajit singh in West UP are not doing good .He is not able to even keep the jaats togther under the banner of RLD .

So it is time to keep ourself unite and to find out one good jat leader from westen UP .

but uppender singh is saying that they are being offered more than the market rate of that area.
 
Perhaps uppender bro may not have the correct data ,if they have got the correct compensation of their land ,theny why they would had been gone for Dharna/agitation ???????who will like to face the police attrocities ?

Govt acquire their lands at the rate of 700 per square meter and sold to provate builders at the rate of 4000-5000 per sq m .

The Kisan leaders like Manveer singh Teotia should be supported by our community ,he was fighting for the right cause .

This shows the lack of unity in our community ..................
 
Today i see in the newspaper that NHRC (National Human Rights commission )Gives a clean chit to the UP govt that no woman was assulted or beaten up & all claims of Rahul gandhi were told to be false .

Ab yeh Human rights vale bi bik gaye hai ,patha nahi kitna paisa kihalaya hoga is Chamari Mayawati nai ...................

This is really very unfortunate because everyone knows that what had been done there but all proofs have been removed or supreesed off .This is rediculous ............

i also heard tht women of vilages were raped and their men were badly beaten by police and force....yaar mayawati ne bejati karwa di nd similar case happend in bulndshahr some time bck jab chamaro ne hum me bajaya tha.......**** u miss mayawati

With villagers blaming the Centre for not bringing the amended land bill, echoing Mayawati, the Amethi MP asked, "If the old law is so bad, then why is Haryana acquisition so good and so bad in UP. Why is it that there is no firing on villagers in Haryana?" The parting shot was, "It is not about the law but about the government's 'niyat' (intention). I can change the law but not your government's 'niyat'."

INLD demands probe into Haryana Land Acquisition Act


Smelling rats in the corrupt practices of farmers' land acquisition through the process of Land Acquisition Act by the Hooda Government the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) today submitted a memorandum to President Pratibha Devi Singh Patil demanding probe by a sitting Supreme Court Judge. The INLD leaders led by party chief and leader of opposition Om Prakash Chautala, Ajay Singh Chautala, Abhey Singh Chautala, and other party leaders first addressed the crowd of 10,000 which gathered at Jantar Mantar despite inclement weather. Om Prakash Chautala said the Haryana Government led by Bhupinder Singh Hooda is playing in the hands of land mafia to spoil the interests of farmers.


"The Government is acquiring the land of farmers in the name of SEZ, education city, IMT and KMP and playing with the lives of the poor farmers," Chautala said. He said that earlier also they had demanded an enquiry into the land acquisition policy.


In the memorandum, it was stated that ever since Hooda assumed office in the year 2005, he has been using the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for furthering the interests of the corporate builders and colonisers at the cost of the farmers of the state.


The memorandum said that in 2005, Hooda initiated the process of setting up one of the biggest Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in the Gurgaon-Jhajjar region of Haryana. "At that time too the policy for acquiring land was very clear and land up to 25 per cent could be acquired for private entrepreneurs provided the rest of the 75 per cent had been bought by the entrepreneur in private deals with the farmers," the memorandum said.


Chautala said that under the garb of sweat equity, Hooda chose to transfer about 1400 acres of land that were acquired for setting up an SEZ by the HSIDC, to Reliance Industries for a paltry sum of about `400 crore."The value of above 1400 acres of land calculates to `1,00,000 crore and consequent financial gain accruing to Reliance Group. The scam has massive dimensions even in those early years of Bhupinder Singh Hooda's Chief Ministership," said the memorandum.

1 Lakh crore ki Jameen 400 crore mai bech rakhi hai !!
