again when cocophony of hissar byelection of hissar has calmed down election commision has declared the dates of ratia and adampur byelection.election will be held on 30th nov. and counting will be held on 4th dec.
its sure that renuka bisnoi of moda's party is going to win the adampur seat.but real battle will be held at ratia's seat which is tradional stronghold of inld but bjp's mahabir prasad also fetched the impressive votes in last assembly election.
additionlly,gyan chand of inld defeated the jarnail singh of congress in last assembly election.

as i think former mla of congress kulbeer beniwal may get the congess ticket but inld is also not going to take this election easy becoz they got 28000 votes there and they will not leave any stone unturned to maintain this vote bank. sidharth godara or umed singh lohan may get inld ticket.

Ratiya ka election 2009:

Total Votes Polled: 126027
INLD : 50095 --Winner
Congress : 46713 - Second
BJP : 8865
HJC : 8341

Few points to be considered:

1. Whether BSP will contest this election? If not, then INLD will play Kanta Alhadiya card to lure backward classes like how it worked in Hisar LS poll. Chautalaz ne yaa ek nayi Mayawati bana di haryaane mein.

2. HJC+ BJP combined vote share was around 17000 in 2009 (not less). Assuming that this is intact and they are able to lure minm 10% more of polled votes. HJC+BJP will not stay below 25000 votes this time.3. If INLD could gain 50K votes in 2009 when their popularity was very low + condolence factor for Gian Chand Odh - I belive they have potential to give a tough fight to others.

4. Congress had a big chunk of votes in 2009. I think this will fall sharply and will be around 20,000 votes this time. And if Hooda saab campaigns in Ratia like how he did in Hisar LS polls last month, Congress candidate will lose the deposit for sure.

its too early to predict this thing.speculations are also going on in market that inld is also deliberatining the names of kanta(bsp) and rann singh beniwal to give them tickets.lets see what happens
 
Yes brother, it is too early to predict Moda as CM. Hope this does not happen.

But INLD should not consider Kanta Alhadiya as candidate - as then she will be called (a) Outsider candidate (b) Non INLD candidate. INLD may not like that in long term. Loss or Win will send strong message for 2014 polls and INLD would not like so send a message that it won the seat by supporting some other party candidate.

Rann Singh Beniwal -- Is he a backward? I believe he is not eligible from Ratia. If you meant him for Adampur then I believe their first preference would be Godara family as they are directly related to Chautalaz!!!

but this time they are not goining to make bet on them becoz they are not having gregarious like image in adampur and people would not vote for them.if inld has to score respectable magnitude of votes then at any cost they will not opt for them.ajay chautala has faced the people of adampur recently and he is also well aware with this fact.so(personal view) they will not go for godraz family

CHANDIGARH: A day after the announcement of bypolls in two assembly
constituencies of Haryana, in the stronghold of former chief ministers Om Parkash
Chautala and late Bhajan Lal, chief minister Bhupinder
Singh Hooda said on Wednesday that bypolls are never a referendum on the

Bypolls for Adampur and Ratia will be held on November 30. Bhajan Lal family
has been winning Adampur seat since 1968 while Congress never won from Ratia
except once, since the formation of state in 1966. Hooda's remarks came just
days after Congress party's humiliating defeat in Hisar Lok Sabha
byelection.

However, Hooda repeatedly asserted that he is confident of winning both the
seats in the bypoll. Asked the basis for his confidence, Hooda said, "Basis kya
hai, hamne kam kiya hai. Log hamare sath hain. Aur field se report aa rahi hai,
hamare karykarta bata rahe hain (What is the basis, we have done our work.
People are with us. We are receiving reports from the field and our activists
are telling (about the party's prospects)." Asked whether he is confident
because of his government's performance during the past seven years, the CM
commented, "We will win the polls even after completion of balance tenure of
three years also."

Though there were reports about intense infighting in the Congress during
recent Hisar Lok
Sabha bypoll, Hooda sought to play down bickering in the party. "There was
no infighting and political shortcomings during the Lok Sabha bypoll," he said
adding that they are united now. The assertion comes in the backdrop of INLD leader Chautala
stating that he has never seen in the history of India when a ruling party
candidate lost his security deposit in a bypoll.

General secretary of All India Congress Committee (AICC) Birender Singh had
lobbied hard for a party ticket to his son and deputy commissioner of
Chandigarh, Brijendra Singh, for Hisar bypoll but could not succeed as Hooda had
reportedly backed Jai Parkash for party nomination. Asked whether party would
give ticket to Brijendra Singh to contest from Adampur, Hooda and Haryana
Pradesh Congress Committee president Phool Chand Mullana said they would forward
his (Brijendra Singh) name to party high command, if he applies for party

The party will hold meetings in the two constituencies on Friday and
candidates are likely to be announced in a day or two after that, Mullana

Adampur seat in Hisar district fell vacant following the resignation of
Haryana Janhit Congress MLA Kuldeep
Bishnoi after being elected MP from Hisar in the recently held byelection,
while Ratia seat in Fatehabad district fell vacant after the demise of INLD
legislator Gian Chand Odh in September.

This game is not going to be an easy one as it appears now. Neither Chautala nor Kuldeep not Hooda are thinking the same. It is going to be the survival of smartest now. There is some time in assembly elections. Hooda would left no stone unturn to regain power. Power is that aphrodiastic you see. Chautala getting a boost after resurrection and may ve started thinking of making it in Chandigarh. Though they are considered as Pro-Jats party nonetheless real weapon to pull back Jat voters is in Hooda's hand and I ve least doubt that he would not use it. Yes, Jat Reservation in OBC category in Haryana. As far as Kuldeep is concerned, he is an over-enthusiast and ultimately destined to go back to Congress. Real immature player in this whole game is only Birender. But undoubtedly game is going to be interesting,pretty interesting.
 
Cong's votebank has eroded a lot compared to the 2009 election.

And INLD has grown much stronger since then so clearly INLD should retain Ratia easily and Modde ki party jeet jaagi Adampur se.

हिसार:बात चाहे राजनीति दलों से जुड़े कार्यकर्ताओं की हो या राजनीति में रूचि रखने वालों की,सभी की निगाह इस समय इस बात पर लगी है कि आदमपुर व रतिया उपचुनाव में इनेलो व कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी कौन होंगे ? आदमपुर न्यूज़ पोर्टल को सूत्रों से मिली जानकारीके अनुसार अगर सबकुछ ठीक -ठाक रहा तो इनेलो रतिया से स्व: ज्ञानचंद ओड की पत्नी सरफ़ी देवी को तथा आदमपुर से बालसमंद निवासी भागीरथ नंबरदार को चुनाव मैदान में उतारेगी वहीं कांग्रेस आदमपुर से कुलबीर बैनीवाल तथा रतिया से जरनैल सिंह को चुनाव लड़ाने का मन बना चुकी है। इनेलो ने इस बार आदमपुर से प्रत्याशी तय करने में काफ़ी माथा-पची की है। यहाँ से इनेलो ने अपने जिला प्रधान उम्मेद सिंह लोहान,राजेश गोदारा,सिद्धार्थ गोदारा,बहुजन संदेश पार्टी की कांता आलडीया पर विचार विमर्श किया ।इनमें सिद्धार्थ गोदारा का नाम सबसे आगे था, मगर 28 नवंबर को उनकी शादी होने के कारण वे खुद ही इस रेस से अलग हो गये थे। लेकिन पार्टी ने आखिकार अपने पुराने वफ़ादार भागीरथ नंबरदार को चुनाव मैदान में उतारने का मन बना लिया । अगर सब-कुछ तय रणनीति के अनुसार ही रहा तो आगामी 1-2 दिनों में इन चारों नामों की घोषणा हो जाएगी ।

चंडीगढ़। इनेलो ने रतिया व आदमपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्रों से पार्टी प्रत्याशियों के नामों की घोषणा कर दी है। पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष व पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चौधरी ओमप्रकाश चौटाला ने दोनों सीटों के लिए उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा करते हुए बताया कि रतिया आरक्षित विधानसभा क्षेत्र से पार्टी के पूर्व विधायक स्व. ज्ञानचंद ओड की पत्नी श्रीमती सरफी देवी को और आदमपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र से रिटायर्ड जिला व सत्र न्यायाधीश राम सिंह बसवाना को इनेलो प्रत्याशी बनाया गया है। रतिया से पार्टी प्रत्याशी सरफी देवी 11 नवम्बर को और राम सिंह बसवाना 12 नवम्बर को आदमपुर विधानसभा सीट के लिए नामांकन पत्र
दाखिल करेंगे।60 वर्षीय राम सिंह बसवाना आदमपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के गांव सीसवाल के रहने वाले हैं और न्यायिक सेवा में आने से पहले वे 1978 से 1981 तक गांव के सरपंच भी रह चके हैं। वे इसी साल अगस्त महीने में जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश कैथल के पद से रिटायर हुए और इससे पहले वे फरीदाबाद, गुडग़ांव, अम्बाला, करनाल, कैथल, चंडीगढ़ व झज्जर में न्यायाधीश रहने के साथ-साथ चंडीगढ़ में सीबीआई के भी विशेष जज रहे। उनका अपना ससुराल आदमपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के गांव डोबी में है जबकि उनके भाई स्व. मनफूल सिंह का ससुराल भी आदमपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के गांव किशनगढ़ में है। राम सिंह बसवाना का परिवार इस क्षेत्र का बेहद प्रतिष्ठित, लोकप्रिय व सम्मानित परिवार है और इस परिवार की छवि पूरे इलाके में बहुत अच्छी है।रतिया से इनेलो प्रत्याशी श्रीमती सरफी देवी स्व. ज्ञानचंद ओड की पत्नी है। ज्ञान चंद ओड के आकस्मिक निधन के कारण खाली हुई रतिया विधानसभा क्षेत्र से यह उपचुनाव होने जा रहा है। ज्ञानचंद ओड 2005 व 2009 में इनेलो प्रत्याशी के तौर पर रतिया से विधायक चुने गए। उनकी छवि एक बेहद मिलनसार, शरीफ, नेक और ईमानदार राजनेता की रही है। वे इस क्षेत्र में बेहद लोकप्रिय रहे हैं और उनकी ईमानदारी और शराफत की मिसाल विरोधी भी आज देते हैं। विधायक बनने से पहले ज्ञानचंद ओड जिला परिषद के सदस्य व अनेक अन्य महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर भी रहे। पार्टी प्रत्याशियों के नामों की घोषणा करते हुए इनेलो प्रमुख ने बताया कि आज प्रदेश में हर वर्ग कांग्रेस सरकार के भ्रष्टाचार व जनविरोधी नीतियों से बेहद परेशान हैं और जल्द से जल्द कांग्रेस से छुटकारा पाना चाहता है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज महंगाई चरम पर है, कानून व्यवस्था की स्थिति पूरी तरह से चौपट हो गई है और हर कोई अपने आपको असुरक्षित व असहाय मान रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री से लेकर सरकार के सभी मंत्री, विधायक व कांग्रेसी सांसद दोनों हाथों से लोगों को लूटने में लगे हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों में इनेलो के प्रति भारी उत्साह पाया जा रहा है और इस उपचुनाव में पार्टी प्रत्याशी दोनों विधानसभा क्षेत्रों से रिकॉर्ड तोड़ मतों से विजयी होंगे और प्रदेश से जल्द ही मौजूदा भ्रष्ट व निकम्मी सरकार चलता हो जाएगी

Adampur:

Kulbir Beniwal ( Congress candidate from Adampur) will not be helped by anyone in Congress. Ranjit Singh will not help as he wants to make Adampur as his base. Prof Sampat Singh will not help as he was defeated by Kulbir in 2005 from Bhattu Kalan. JP will not help because he was not helped by Kulbir in recent Hisar Byelection. Birender and Shailja will not help because of their "good" relations with Hooda saab and so on. Result - Kulbir Baniwal will lose his deposit from Adampur this time.

INLD will be gaining votes in Adampur ( better than last time) - Reasons -- 1) Better candidate than Godaras who contested last time and do not have any base in Adampur... 2) People know that congress is sinking. So only option they have to vote against MODDA is INLD.......Remember congress had good votes last time from Adampur as there were people who voted against HJC. So INLD will give tough fight to HJC in Adampur and will be runner-up.


About Ratia... I think congress will repeat the history and will lose the seat "comfortably". Many congressis like Sushil Indora etc will not let congress candidate win. Also, one rebel congress leader is contesting as independent already......... INLD will win this seat with comfortable margin as they have done in the past and here HJC-BJP can be second if Congress continues with infighting.
