DLF or Gandhi Parivar (Firangiyo ke Chamche) ke rishte aaj ke nahi bahot purane hain.
Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh (Founder DLF) , popularly known as Chaudhary Saheb, was born on 19th September 1910. His father, Chaudhary Lal Chand was a great patriot and his services to the former states of Bharatpur and Punjab are well known. Born to an illustrious family, Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh inherited his father’s compassion for the country and was a true patriot at heart.
After graduating from St. Stephen’s college, Delhi, Chaudhary Saheb qualified for law at the age of 22 and joined Punjab Civil Service in 1935. At the outbreak of the war in 1940, he voluntarily joined the Indian Army ( and played a prominent role in recruiting Indian Officers into the Services. He also, visited the war front and inspired many officers with his passion for the country. His services during the long retreat from Rangoon were especially significant. In view of his outstanding contributions to the war efforts , he was promoted to the rank of Major and awarded MBE (Member of British Empire).
Post independence Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh took up the challenge of providing homes for the teeming vast population displaced by the partition, and formed DLF, to set up 21 colonies in South Delhi. His vision is still carried on by DLF and has translated into the mission of Building India.
A pioneer in welfare for ex-servicemen, Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh was a member of the Executive Council of World Veteran Federation and British Common Wealth League for more than two decades. He attended a number of international conferences in UK, Canada, Austrailia, France, Holland and Japan and brought in the experience to help introduce welfare measure for Indian Jawans. He formed Indian Ex-Serviceman Association to give a unified platform for interaction with Government for their welfare. He was appointed as a member of the Punjab post war reconstruction Fund Committee after the second World War. He also worked as a member of Punjab State Soldires, Sailors and Airmen Board. On the outbreak of the Chinese aggression in 1962, Chaudhary Saheb was nominated by Punjab government on National Defence Committee. The President of India honoured him by conferring the rank of Hony Lt Col. in the Jat regiment and presented a special citation.
Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh is also considered the father of co-operative movement in Delhi. He was the President of Delhi State Co-operative Bank for over 20 years, during which it emerged as the best State Co-operative banks in India. He later on, got elected to Delhi Assembly on the formation of the state. Throughout his life, Chaudhary Saheb has been actively associated with the Boards of management of various charitable trusts, educational institutions and other philanthropic activities.
Chaudhay Saheb’s sad demise in the early hours of 13th June, 2000, marked the end of an era that began at the dawn of our country’s freedom.

आज हम इतिहास के खतरनाक क्षणों में, खतरनाक इरादे वाले लोगों के बीच, जीने को विवश हैं. हमारे जीवन को ऐसे लोग प्रभावित कर रहे हैं जिनके लालच की कोई सीमा नहीं रही है.और तो और उनके कुकुर्मों का अफ़सोस तो दूर उनकी अच्छाई का झूठा प्रचार करने में भी नहीं चूक रहे हैं. उनके मंसूबो को पूरा करने के लिए वे किसी भी सीमा तक जाने को तैयार रहते हैं. पर बहुत दुःख है कि हमारी जनता और युवा पीढ़ी उनके भयानक इरादों को भांपना तो दूर उन्हें अंजाम देने में सहायता कर रही है. क्या होगा भारत वर्ष का ?

ये किस्से आदमी सें सुनो ,यु चौधरी लालचंद फौगाट भालोठ का था | पिस्से कमाणा कोए भुंडी बात कोणी | पर सब चौधरी छोटूराम ओहल्याण अर चौधरी छाज्जुराम लाम्बा कोणी हो सकदे | भालोठ में सकूल की बिल्डिंग बनावें थे, गाम आले ,ते पंचायत ने ५-६ जणे खंदा दिए ,लालचंद धोरे अक किम्मे दान दे दो स्कूल खातर | लालचंद ने रपियाँ की भरी अलमारी खोल के दीखाई , अर न्यू बोल्या , अक ये देखो, सें मेरे धोरे , पर थारी खातर कोणी कमा राखे | अर वे गाम आले बोल-बाले उलटे आगे | इनकी गाम में धेले की भी इज्ज़त कोणी | अर इह बात ने किसे भी भालोठिये पे बुझ ल्यो |

Now, media is focused on 71 lakhs rupees scam. Salman Khurshid is man of his words. He said two days back that he can die for Sonia G and see, he is doing the same to save her son-in-law. But poor and failed attempt, I guess.

एक जाट महाशया थे रोहतक के उनका गोत्र शायद जाखड़ या गोदरा था ध्यान नहीं ठीक से , उन महाशय ने एक बेतुकी किताब लिखी थी उस किताब मे उसने चौधरी छोटूराम के बारे मे कुछ ऐसा ही वाहयात का ज्ञान बांटा था | आखिर मे जाटो की पंचायत ने फैसला सुनाया की यह आदमी शहर मे जिसको भी दिखे इसके मुह पर थूकों और अंत मे उस महाशय गेल इसी बनी के इस फैसले के बाद वो किसे ने घर त बाहर लीकड़ता कोणी देखा घर मे ही सड़ के मर गया |
हो सके तो अपनी ज्ञानवार्द्क पोस्ट ने डिलीट करवा दिये , हाम तेरे ज्ञान न ऊँ शाबाशी दे द्यांगे |

में आपकी इस बात से पूरी तरह सहमत हूँ | अन्याय करने वाले से ज्यादा , सहने वाला दोषी होता हे | और जिन्न मरदों ने इनका विरोध किया और इनके विरुद्ध लडे,उनकी इन्होने हत्याएं करवा दी | हम सब आज उन् शहीदों की मढ़ी पर फूलमालाएं चढ़ा कर अपना फर्ज पूरा समझते हैं |
