At first I thought that this is all newpaper propaganda in self praise. OI decided to look at youtube for clippings. Youtube is full of this. Here is a sample;

Khalkhande ji ... Brazil as far as I know .. is very culturally diverse: African, indigenous Indians, Europeans (mainly Portuguese). they are also very progressive as compared to other BRIC countries.

Brazil, Rio in general is ****-hole. Just the other day I head they are making their hospitals bullet-proof becuase of all the gang-related violence. In other words, the bad guys wont spare even the sick and the dying.

How bad could it get?
