despite its strategic lacation on delhi border still bahadurgarh is not being able to progress the way it should have been .what can be the causes

Land fertile hai and majority of the population is Jat in surrounding villages, they don't like the idea of selling land..

Bhai bahut jaldi vikas hoga Bhadugarh ka bhi. Metro lane ki baat chal rahi h wha tak..Nangloi tak to aa li h. bus thodi si aage or sarkani se. Metro aate hi bhadurgarh ka naksha badal jaga. Company bahdurgarh ken bhajen laag jangi fer. Omaxe or Sun city jaise Builders to abhi se maujood h waha par.. Or jab gurgaon me jameen nahi milegi to sare bahadurgarh ki side hi jayenge kyuki wo delhi k najdeek lagta h.. Same is with Kundli jo Sonipat me h.

Image spoiled by some local goons in the past , is the main cause of slow progress in Bahadurgarh. About 4-5 years back there was open HAFTA-WASOOLI in MIE area (Industrial area) of this city. Most of the businessmen sold their companies or shift their unit in other cities. But now situation has been improved from last 3-4 years in congress regime and its a good sign for bahadurgarh development. But i think it will take time to rebuild the lost reputation and faith among new investors or businessmen.

Why are we so obsessed with Gurgaon and its replication?

Why can't any place in Haryana could be another centre of a new Green or White Revolution?

Its okay to have development but at the cost of plane/fertile land? Any wise person in power wouldn't be doing that. If this happens then Sarv Khap and such bodies shall show their strength to keep it intact.

Barren and dry areas of Bhiwani are the best place to developed industrialy. But don't know when Mr Hoodas would have a divine dream about it.

Bahadurgarh.......rehne ke hisab se acchi jagha hai.....agar panni ki dikat ko chod diya jaye toh.....kyuki mostly areas me panni khara hai......

iske alawa bahadurgarh kaafi area me accha hai....jaise acche school....or tthik thak college......arrr shopping or khane peene ke liye bhi sahi hai.....Residential area bhi aab acche develope ho rahe hai.....jaise Sec 9 or ab sec 7 bhi sahi ban raha hai......

or metro ke aane ki wajah se jamino ke rate bhi bahut bad gaye hai.....

mai main bahadurgarh ki baat kar raha hooo.....rural areas ki nahi.....

Par aabhi bhi kaffi improvement ki jarrorat hai....kyuki mostly area , jo acche develop hai, wo hai jo Main Bus stand ke paas hai......aap jaise jaise bus stand se door jate jaooge....area or waha ki locality utni hi poor milegi.....

but hope for the best.....i still think bahadurgarh can get tag of NCR ..maybe in next 2 yrs....hopefully...

MIE area mein ja ke putch they will tell u the name of companies also, i m living there from last one years and always discuss with locals thats why i m saying otherwise i dont have to take any political mileage my dear and for ur kind information that u have some galatfahmi ke mein kishi party ka katter supporter hun.... i m not belonging to any party just the good work i support of any of the party.
and plz sometimes think positive over ur negative preservance that u always show here to only and only criticise the others writings....e.i how many times the joke repeated, who have misspelled, why he wrote this or that..... so being an elder guhandi bro just say plz dont waste ur unvaluable energy and time on negative thinking, and use it for positive and creative attitude so that humanity can ve served in better way.

Parle -G hired local labour Mr. Rathi (if i am not wrong) GM parle hired local jats. And after few days there was union and asked for raise and like that. Then it was GM who was bitten by them. But i missed Hafta Incident i think.

This problem might be occured way back in 1990-00.But i think being a resident of Bahadur garh i can tell you after transposition of political power in the city there is no threat to any businessman & industrialist.

I true terms i must say Bahadur Garh deserve to be a district instead of Jhazzar( in terms of development).

But still it is achieving all the milestone to become good & favourable city for all the Small scale Industry(SME) & other industries.

Current development: Two fly over, i think metro project is also in pipeline.

Totally agree with u bhai somveer, situation was very worse in ninties but if i would say that it improves due to political transformation then people say that i m pouring political **** here, but fact is fact either u digest it or neglect. Bhai now situation is much much improved and with this development start to hatch.

Progress in bahadurgarh

Bahadurgarh main 2 fly over kaha ban rahe se. Kewal ek fly over to maine dekha se Nahra-Nahri Road (Near HNG factory). Metro ka kam jarur pipeline main se.

Kundli Maneshwar Express Highway par bhi kam chal raha se uske karan bhi Bahadurgarh main properperty kaphi uppar ho gai hai.

Bahadurgarh main bahut jaldi HUDA Sector 10,11 aur 01 ki scheme lane wala hai. Sector 9 main Gymkhana Club ki building ban ke tayar hone wali hai. Bahadurgarh ka bye-pass ka bhi kam hone wala hai.

Ek Japanese ya Korian Tyre company ne lagbhag 25 kile kharid liye se. Footwear zone bhi ban raha hai.

Bahadurgarh main PDM Polytechnic, Engineering College, Dental Collage chal raha se and Medical college bhi suru hone wala se. Jhajjar Road par Delhi Public School pichle teen saal se chal raha hai. Bahadurgarh me Omax, Dhingra aur ek builders apne project chala rahe hai

Civil Hospital main lagbhag 100 bistro ki building ka kam chal raha se.

Industry ki jahan tak bat se unko jaruri infrastructure jaise bijli pani ki suvidhaye nahi mil rahi se.

some of u have said that if companies dont get space in gurgaon they will have to come to bahadurgaarh.but why bahadurgarh be chosen as an alternative and why not be their first choice.lets talk about development .agreed metro is in the pipeline,omaxe is there,byepass is being laid,100 beds civil hospital but still do u think that development has been done as it had to be done.i mean local mla is from congress,rohtak(under which bahadurgarh falls)mp is from congress and is also cm s son and cm himself is from rohtak.so seeing these facts and the strategic location of bahadurgarh on delhi border,i dont think the development is upto the mark.people in bahadurgarh have to go to delhi or gurgaon to watch a movie,no bpos in bahadurgarh,chaos at bus and bus stand wali roadetc etc.i prefer congress to any other party.they are much much better than others.i wish that congress again comes to power.i only feel sad that bahadurgarh could have been turned out into a very developed town because all the factors are in favor but still thats not the case.

It will take some time and its good that it is in progress at least now. All the plans that are mentioned by Chikkara ji gives a very healthy sign of development in Bahadurgarh.

ya actually i was talking about rohtak constituency only.anyways malik bhai wahi to dikkat hai jitna hona chahiye utna ho nahi raha.bas kuch hi ho raha hai.anyways do u think the present mla from bahadurgarh would again get the ticket.

Delhi rohtak road can't be made 6 lanes in present situations.
The thing that is impeding progress of Bahadurgarh is Nangloi and the traffic snarl over there..... like Jahangirpuri was impeding progress of Sonepat.
