The participation of our community members at Holi Milan was encouraging.
Annual General Body Meeting of the Canadian Jats Association will be held on Saturday 10th July, 2010 at Magna Park in Richmondhill. In order to make this event more interesting and fill it with fun and fair we have clubbed AGM event with picnic.
A Day of community get-together comprising of cultural activities, food, sports and lot of fun for kids.
Venue: Magna Park, Richmondhill
(NEAR MAJOR MCKENEZIE and 404)
(There is car parking facility with $5payment for full day.)
Program:
Registration: 11.30am onwards
Networking/Snacks/Refreshments : 12.00pm to 1.00 pm
Activities : Games(Vollyball, Cricket,athletics etc.) for all age groups
AGM: at 3:30pm to consider following agenda;
1. Activity Report of 2009-2010
2. Accounts 2009-2010
3. Proposal for Activities for 2010-2011
4. Introduction of New Members/ Highlights of CJA
5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
6. Vote of thanks
NOTE: This picnic is FREE for members; however members are at their liberty to bring a dish to share with other families. A notice, in advance of the intention to bring the dish and participation as well, will be highly appreciated; it will help us to estimate the stock of food and snacks for the picnic.
