CASINO IN HARYANA ????????????????

Dear All,

Creating a scary picture of Casino is not correct. Like knife can be used for good and bad jobs as well. And you can not isolate Haryana. I very well remember when there was prohibition imposed in Haryana. It did no good to Haryana, niether to the affected families nor to the state exchequre.

Ek gam ki behen ne kaha tha un dino apne pati ke liye "uk pehla pee ke sanjh ne ghara te aa ja tha eb te bhale manas ka pata na chalta kai kai din tahi."

But at the same time we have to look in to the selfish motives of our worst politicians.These corrupt netas got money to impliment alcohol prohibition and then again to lift it.

Same is the case with Casino, the people interested to bring it in are hardly bothered about development or difficulties of common man / haryanvis/ Jats, their sole aim is to fill their deep ( with no bottom) pockets.

I think let us decide to support and elect good educated ( rare commodity though) youth to the seats of power. And even after electing them let us be watch full and alert to ensure they dod not get derailed.

Let us do atleast what we can, where we are with what means we have.

The biggest problem we are facing is not the lack of education but lack of scruples. No one with any scruples would support the idea of Gambling den in their back yard. Let us call a spade a spade. No personal offence but it is hard to accept this theory that Casino is going to do some thing good for the common man of Haryana or any place for that matter. Let us look at famous World Casino places e.g. Macau, Las Vegas and talk to residents there they will give you a better picture and then multiply it by 10 because we are talking about relatively poor country (whether we like it or not). Alcohol in comparison to Casino will look like almost virtue because Casino brings out the worse in people and many lives get destroyed in the bargain. Just think about it in social context leaving aside any percieved monetary gains which always turn out to be elusive like Nigerian free money scam. More on it later.
