I think it was a misstep by Somnath Bharti to harass the African nationals. Now that AAP has entered the political system they should use means provided within the system to solve issues. Using extra-judicial means or force will backfire. They need to work with the police and not alienate them.

Till Delhi assembly elections the biggest enemy of AAP was congress & Robert Vadra, but after formation of government the new enemies are Narendra Modi & BJP. I am not able to understand this switch over...whether it is the requirement of governance or politics??? To all AAP fascinated friends, please do introspection before arriving at conclusions. First set your own standards of good governance by comparing them with other states keeping in mind the constraints of our economy. Then only you will be able to differentiate good decisions from bad ones, otherwise the system will remain in status quo. Yesterday we were befooled by Rahul Gandhi, today by Kejriwal and maybe tomorrow by Lalu's son. Kejriwal might prove good for Delhi state but for Lok Sabha he is only a spoiler!

Dr sahab, similar thing happened with me with BJP, Mr Rambilash sharma, president Haryana BJP Party, we knew each other from school days, never spoke to me/met after 1970, last year on 25 aug, when I won ex-services league elections, next day morning he gave call and invited to a function to preside over the function, there was time gap of 6days, third day one my class mate of college met me and asked me whether I was joining BJP, BECAUSE THERE WAS ANNOUNCEMENT AT MOHANDER TOWN THAT COL FATEH SINGH IS JOINING BJP, I immediately declined to attend the faction with some excuse, next day received the request of Santosh madam who had been MLA from our constituency and now BJP candidates, to visit my house in village, I accepted the request, she was to come after three days, next day my brother was told by one person that col sahab is joining BJP santosh madam is going to declare in our village one her visit to the village, I had to cancel her program, so brother these political parties are like this only

Rightly said sir ! These parties keep doing this based on situation to situation.
In your case, what was the reason for them to pull you to their fold and they made announcement for this in advance. I mean a big vote bank behing you or they wanted you to contest a particular assembly or loksabha seat etc?

दो बिल्लियाँ जो कि अमूनन बन्दर से कहीं ज्यादा चतुर होती हैं, लेकिन उनमें से अगर एक भी अपनी कलह सुलझाने को बन्दर को बीच में घुसा ले तो क्या होता है वो अरविन्द केरजीवाल के रूप में सबके सामने है|
इन अरविन्द केजरीवाल से कोई पूछने वाला को हो कि:
१) आप द्वारा हर्षवर्धन के पूछे गए शीला की गिरफ्तारी सम्बन्धी ब्यान पर दिए अपने खुद के ब्यान के खिलाफ धरना दिया था क्या आपने?
२) आपके ही एक मंत्री द्वारा जब डच महिला के बलात्कार के मामले पर कार्यवाही बारे कहा गया, तो यह क्यों कहा गया था कि "दिल्ली पुलिस केंद्र के अंतर्गत है हमारे नहीं", मतलब बाद में जब गलती का अहसास होता है तो अपनी ही गलती छुपाने को आज नौटंकी कर रहे हो|
३) अपने मंत्री सोमनाथ भारती के खिलाफ क्यों नहीं धरना देते, जिसने सरेआम बिना कानूनी अधिकार हुए, एक महिला को पब्लिक स्थल पर पेशाब करने को मजबूर किया और दामिनी की तरह अपनी गाड़ी में घंटों घुमाते रहे| मतलब जब अपने मंत्री पर शिकंजा बढ़ता दिखा तो उतर आये नौटंकी करने पे, अगर इतनी ही नैतिकता और जिम्मेदारी की बात करते हो तो उन चार पुलिस वालों के साथ-साथ अपने मंत्री सोमनाथ को या तो खुद बाहर निकालो और नहीं निकलता है तो उसके खिलाफ भी धरना दो, तो मानें|
४) बरखा दत्त और राजदीप सरदेशाई द्वारा इंटरव्यू के दौरान जनाब खुद स्वीकार रहे थे कि दिल्ली में खिड़की-एक्सटेंशन वाली घटना की शिकायत उनके पास महीने-डेढ़ महीने पहले से आ रही थी, तो जनाब सरकार बनते ही एक्शन लेने के बजाये आज बीस दिन बाद, जब अपना ही मंत्री फंसता दिखा तो धरना क्यों सूझा, बीस दिन से कहाँ थे? क्यों नहीं सरकार बनते ही जैसे और कामों के आदेश दिए, इसके भी दिए? अब कहीं खुद के मंत्री पे जो केस हुआ है हाईकोर्ट में इससे पहले कि वो केस लाइमलाइट बने, जनाब चले आये फिर से नौटंकी के ढोल पीटने| इन बरखा दत्त और राजदीप सरदेशाई की जगह मैं क्यों ना हुआ, अगर जो आपको सांस भी उखाड़ लेने देता|

यार ये बीजेपी-कांग्रेस वाले या "आप" वालों से अन्य लोग क्या सोये हुए हैं, मैं दिल्ली में नहीं हूँ, वरना केजरीवाल के धरना-स्थल के सामने धरना ले के बैठ जाता कि जब तक "आप" उनके मिनिस्टर सोमनाथ भारती को एक औरत को पब्लिक स्थल पर सबके सामने पेशाब करवाने और उसके साथ मैन-हैंडलिंग करने की सड़क-छाप गुंडागर्दी करने और बाद में बेवजह उन औरतों को दिल्ली की सड़कों पर दामिनी की तरह घंटो अपनी गाड़ी में घुमाने के गैर-कानूनी कृत्य के लिए जब तक भारती को पद से निलम्बित, पार्टी से निष्काषित और जेल में नहीं डलवाते, तब तक धरना दूंगा|

Regarding his Law Minister also, it is very evident in the video that he started showing utter disrepect to the ACP before he said anything. Yet because these people are Aam Adami Thekedaar's, so police cops should listen to their utter nonsense. Without warrant adhi raat ko jabaran kissi key ghar men ghus karr unki talashi loh...Police wale ki vardi utar jaati! As Kejariwal also said in his interview to Sardesai that there were people coming to Law Minister from last 1 to 1.5 month. Toh kya yeh Minister sahab 1.5 mahiney sey so rahe thay aur aik adhi raat ko achanak chal diye Raid marne koh...Bager search warrant key. Whether he was right or wrong, the Law Minister HAS to follow the law & set an example! Not act like Vigilantes!
