Deswalji,

This may smack partisan but I think you do not support that what Somnath Bharti's men did with the foreign girls must be given a simple go i.e. the law must not be enforced by the concerned institutions in the matter.

Dr. Saheb, I think you haven't seen the video link by Sh. VP Singh Ji! The Local people had so fed up with the police inaction that they become charged up and agitated to the extent that probably forced them to behave inappropriately! But so far there is no video evidence to show that! It is only the version of Ugandan women who probably were engaged in illegal activities! If so, than invoking the provisions of crime against women was in haste and hence inappropriate!

so deshwal sahab. you are asking to see the VP singh link..I have seen that....two wrongs make a right?.....even the aussies are fed up of black Indian and soemtimes they start beating the hell out of them..and I see the people here cribbing at the name of civilized world...when khap break law..they are called barbaric but lawa-minsiter sonmath is not culprit even afte breaking law..because he is from AAP, teh honest party of honest leader..... what sort of delay you want?..kejriwal will kick -off an internal investigation and then will give clean-chit to his minister..and then no-one can question him..because AK is the only honest man in this world...is it so?

- women were forced to stay for 2-3 hour on road then pee in public..even if she was culprit of illegal drug trade or anything else..how a law-minister can make it happen his presence

- police is compromised..they did not take any action for illegal activities..ok..they were wrong..but how a law-minister itself can force police to break the law. was there no other way out?
- don't you believe in law and order ?
- how about statement of somnath spitting on jaitley?
- what 's wrong if AK acknowledge his mistake and ask his minster to apologize..but how the god and his party can be wrong?
- what AK got by all his drama of dharna...if he had started dharna against injustice of poilce..why did he call it off...kya logo ka fuddu nahi bana raha hai yeh...
- Just tell me a single sentence what AK said and kept that..isse bada jhoota aadmi koi doosra nahi hai

so the AAP protector will keep protecting AK just for the heck of Kejriwal-drum-beating-honesty they will not accept any mistake.. keep doing that

I find it so odd to believe that people of Khidki village were so pissed off with TENANTS who were living their at the WILL of Khidki RESIDENTS.

Why did not they show them the way out?

From what I heard it were only AAP folks who said police did not call lady constables inspite of polise station being only a few meters away.

And even if lady constables were there, that does not mean you harrass people without paper proof, warrants?

How would you feel if a US congressman walks upto an Indian community and asks police to raid/arrest/do tests against the law and your rights?

In US police can check for drugs or anything illegal and arrest without warrants. Police has similar powers in India too provided it wants to act.

Fair, that is because their law allows it, but the law here does not allow raiding without warrants.

And what about media scrutiny?

No tests were found positive, no warrants were issued still Mr. Minister wanted police to arrest these folks and still we are believing these anonymous video which will NOT stand in the court of law to suit our belif.


Incidently I looked up the definition of troll:
One who purposely and deliberately (that purpose usually being self-amusement) starts an argument in a manner which attacks others on a forum without in any way listening to the arguments proposed by his or her peers. He will spark of such an argument via the use of ad hominem attacks (i.e. 'you're nothing but a fanboy' is a popular phrase) with no substance or relevence to back them up as well as straw man arguments, which he uses to simply avoid addressing the essence of the issue.
 
So far Kezriwal has proved that he is a leftish mindset. None of AAP's policies are pro-business. Instead they are discouraging businesses. AAP focus is more on political stunts than anything else. AAP takes a U turn every now and then. AAP has not targeted fundamental problem in the system. Reform the bureaucracy, invite businesses to Delhi so that more businesses flourish and people get employment.

Public sector can never create jobs. People in India need employment. Without private businesses success, you cannot get rid of unemployment problem. Kezriwal is a failure in that. India needs a growth rate of at least 9 percent for more than a decade in order to get rid of unemployment problem.

We don't want Delhi to be another West Bengal, with huge poverty, unemployment. We need more investment, more opportunities, better infrastructure. Sadly this AAP has disappointed us.

Congress got people beaten up by police. Now, Sheila and Sandeep ask for his removal. As if he was working without their Orders.
