Challenges and Chances before AAP

Dr. saheb, I am listening him live too! Hope you would agree with me that he is not only a honest politician but master strategist as well! It was evident that Janlokpal wouldn't be passed but he created the situation when BJP and Congress came together against presentation of Janlokpal Bill, and voted together in doing so!

Also I am quoting Prasoon Bajpeyee, the main anchor of Aaj tak, he said that Kejriwal and his government were able to implement 11 points of their agreement of 18 points on which congress had extended out side support! They were able to get passed the Finance bill that would pay the way for fulling their assurance on electricity!

Long Live Arvind Kejriwal!

Master strategists lasted for say 49 days and prepared an easy way to get away from implementing most of his manifesto promises. He chose the easiest short cut to overstep the current constitutional provisions and tried to present himself martyr.
Now the cat is out of bag; big promises little or nil implementation, just gimmicks to garner sympathy vote for a fighter for the cause of common man !

Let us see during the general elections what newer tactics he adopts to attract more supporters to AAP !

Rajpal jee maaf karna with due respect; you have every right to have difference of opinion but bringing his family with bad intention is not a good way to prove your point. This is fact that she is making enough sacrifices to make things work at home and leaving and supporting her husband what he is doing. Take a look at the his background what he has done for the country even before becoming CM. Atleast people are talking about misuse of public money and the VIP culture. You pointed out that he is stick to the chair; what will you say now when he left the CM chair? I know the answer.

Please be practical and provide your input based on facts rather than based on envisioning a so called Hindu rastra like Israel. You may hate that word if you get to know how it got stick to us.

Rajpal jee, when was the last time you saw or remember any politician resign because he/she could not fulfill the promise (except Late Shastri jee). This is strange Congress is not even criticized for opposing the bill, they said in written they will support. First, they said the centre has to give the permission; that did not worked out then they asked the Governor to veto it even when attorney general confirmed the legality of the law. Overall BJP should have been in power with Congress support as they are almost resemble each other on corruption.

I am proud that we still have citizens not hungry of power and leave the power if they are helpless than sticking to it for personal gain. At least AAP has the guts to come to power on their own condition and left it on their own just reverse to warrior state you are in.

सही करा नहीं तो आप ताने माँरते की सत्ता नहीं छोड़ते ! अब आपकी तो सुन्नी पड़ेगी

What do you think he should have done? Send the bill for home minister's approval Waite for five years! Sir, are you aware that after this rule was introduced by Advani in 2002, Sheela dikshit tried to get it reversed but failed! After that 13 bills were introduced in parliament without taking permission from home ministry! When soli shorabji , the senior most constitutional expert says that the rule itself was illegal and introducing the bill without the permission of home ministry was perfectly legal not a fraction of any article of the constitution would be violated! We can always differ on their performance! for me what they did was probably previous government even did not try!

It does not matter to the length of their tenure so far their intention to do good become evident and they tried their best to fullfil the most impotent promise of providing corruption free system! They moved swiftly in that direction and if they were in the majority of their own , they would have implemented their promises!

Cheers!

Friend, as you have said many times here who use short cuts for success they meet the same fate what this Kejariwal met. He had not worked hard in the field of politics, so he failed miserably. If he wants to be successful then he should work hard for some years without expecting any fruit, otherwise he will just make mockery of himself and I am afraid he may also be beaten by someone.

Perhaps he threw in the towel sooner than expected, but respect for Kejriwal for getting his hands dirty in the system and fighting it from within. He did what many of us dream of from the luxury of our living rooms, lunch table discussions and social media. I would take AAP's anarchy over the 'governance' of the mainstream parties any day.

Jan Lokpal Bill is not a Rambaan that once the Law is passed...sabh corruption chuu mantar. Corruption is not the root cause of every problem in the country. Inspite of the fact, AAP got 28 Seats & BJP 32, AAP got a shot at the Government. 5 years was a long time to serve people and in the process, prove their capability, build. Odds will continue to exist no matter what happens. Now, if they demand Congress/BJP should let them operate without intervention. That is out of question. They may have filed an FIR against Ambanis & Deora. But, what about "Locus Standi"? Did they had any authority or jurisdiction to go further? Take the example, that it is in their Jurisdiction. Now, that they had filed the FIR & then Kejariwal resigned. What Next? You think that the Next Govt. will take any action? Why would people vote you again? This was a very pre-mature decision & simply putting this is not any Sacrifice! I strongly feel that Kejariwal took the decision in consideration of the Lok Sabha Elections & not just for Lokpall Bill or any other issue!

Dear Rohit, please listen to this interview in full! I hope most of your questions would be replied by the man himself!
To me he sounds logical!

Deswal ji,

What promise ?

Then you say ''if they were in the majority of their own , they would have implemented their promises!''

Were they so knave that they did not know that they had no verdict of the people of Delhi to Rule but to act as strong opposition party in the assembly.

Did their power hunger [enjoyed for a few weeks with the help of their sworn enemy party] not prove their undoing !

Lastly, everyone knows that there is no place for 'ifs' and 'buts' in assessment of real work done by anyone in given situation. If we go by your 'if' logic, they might had proved [or not proved] disaster had they lived longer !

Thanks and regards

You are right friend to say that ''he threw in the towel sooner than expected.''

In one word Mr. Kejriwal proved a man in hurry to change everything in one go according to his own whims !

In fact if he had will to fulfil his promises, he would had tried to learn governing and then went on to mending the system.

Thanks and regards

I agree to your statement except the last phrase !

Perhaps with the way we have been governed, its the 'unlearning' of the current politicians that is more important than the learning of the new.

Deshwal Sir, I did watch the Arvind's Interview complete & did watched it like a True Believer. I was in agreement with him regarding a lot of issues. And,immediately watched thereafter the "7RCR" too. I heard the opinions of different people who had worked with him during the various stages of his other movements. Most of them were against Kejariwal! Kejariwal at various stages in his struggle had jumped different Movements & dropped them like anything. Immediately after watching the "7RCR episode", Kejariwal reacted & termed ABP News as a work of fiction. Anybody who had seen all the episodes of "Pradhanmantri" & "7RCR" would not cast doubts on the facts presented there. Concluding, i would say he should contest the Delhi State Elections again & create a credibility by forming a 5 years stable govt & reforming Delhi like no other. Getting into Lok Sabha is a big mistake & a spoiler for the Lok Sabha! That is not constructive action.

Sir,
Would you agree that Corruption level in Delhi has gone down?
I read somewhere, that agent engaged in transport business have disappeared!
Admission process to Primary School!
Electricity, Water etc.
They ordered the audit of electricity companies, a step in the direction of achieving cheaper electricity!
I said in my earlier post that some promises were fulfilled and they would have done so more convincingly including the Janlokpal Bill if they had majority of their own!
If they were to go for ifs and buts then they would have still clung to the power!
They are a bunch of honest and hard working people ! They mean business! That is why they resigned!

Cheers!

Deswal ji,

You may be right in your judgement on certain points but the choosing of time to resign does not justify the last line of your argument !

Thanks and regards

Kejriwal resigned at the appropriate time. He is an intelligent person. Just weight for a year and then we will analyze the comments of the people written here who are just divided on party lines and not on ideology.
