Dear Devesh
I
am giving the related details and link about this case against the MLA's brother and the link! Memeber may decided themselves rather than believing your political sermon!
In the present case, Chakit was arrested along with one other for allegedly kidnapping Ritesh Bansal — owner of a construction business in central Delhi — and demanding ransom of `30 lakh for releasing him. They were nabbed hours after Ritesh was kidnapped by four men.
The other two accomplices are still absconding. According to the police, Ritesh was allegedly picked up by a business associate on August 25 at gun-point and taken to a spot near Rithala Metro Station where the ransom had to be paid. Chakit has been booked under various Sections of the IPC for kidnapping and also under the Arms Act. “Chakit was helping Ritesh in mediation of some business issues,” the FIR said

Friends, don't you think that this was a pre-election news feed created to malign and implicate the candidates of a particular party. Interesting Binny, the disgruntled MLA also mentioned in some case.
Devesh Bhai, it is on record that this Government has taken some land mark actions:
Long standing demand and agitation against Private school owners for admission in primary schools
FIR against Reliance and the present and previous petroleum Ministers!
corruption Helpline!
Immediate relief in electricity bills and to provide long term benefits audit of electricity companies has been ordered!
Relief in water charges !
These are some of the achievements of the AAP Govenment in just 50 days time! They would have certainly done much more if that stayed longer! But the circumstances forced them out!
Lastly you have mention about the Lokayukt. The present unti corruption provisions of Lokayukt were not effective and the Janlokpal one that AAP party wanted to make a law was modified Lokayukt only! Is the current Lokayukt effective enough? What role it has it played in last 10-12 years in bring down the corruption level? How many officers have been booked and punished under that provision? The answer is none!
You had also given a very poor argument about the composition of leadership, " Purviyas and Biharis".. Do you realy think so? I believe the top leadership of the AAP belies your statement !Arvind, Manish, Yogender Yadav, Sanjay Singh are the ones in my opinion would have most importent position in the party! Which other party has Jats in top position if you are looking for that!
Cheers!
