Admiral Sunil Lamba was born on 17 July 1957 at village Amarpur, district Palwal, Haryana in the family of Shri Rajendra Lamba and Smt Vimla Lamba.

There is one more personality from village Amarpur, district Palwal, Haryana.

Lt. General Khem Karan Singh - Lieutenant General Khem Karan Singh (Doderiyan) was born on 5th March, 1919 in village Badani, Rohtak district, Haryana. His father's name was Captain Bharat Singh. He displayed outstanding skill, high tactical ability and great devotion to duty for which he was awarded the Maha Vir Chakra on 6 September 1965. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1971 for his meritorious service in Indo-Pak War. He settled at Amarpur Palwal, Palwal, Haryana.

Can some body provide a good photo of Lt. General Khem Karan Singh. I could manage one photo from some old records but it is not very clear.
