It is reported by Hindustan times that there will be 3 digit number and passengers can send sms for cleaniness in trains.The idea is worth appriciative.But fear lies in implimenting it.These days the biggest hurdle is due to corrupt practices and half hearted supervision because of unions.An I.A.S officer complained more than 12 different railway stations for cleaning his coach but complain remained unresolved.My worry is how this situation will be handled? Will sms resolve that? Dharmendra Naaharavaar
