CM from Different district in every yojna

Should there be Diff CM in diff 'yojna' from diff districts?

After Looking at changed condition of Rohtak now after four years of congress regime under CM Ch bhupinder Singh Hooda and Condition of Hisar & Sirsa after regime of Ch Bhajanlal & Ch Omprakash respectively, i have reached a conclusion.

I think in every 'yojna' we should have a CM from different District kyunki iste uss district ka development pakka hojaga chahe pure haryana ka ho ya na jaise iss yojna mein hua hai.

What say Jatlanders??????
 
Idea from 1000 feet height is ok........... but very difficult to implement .........

If proper powers and rights are given to Local MLAs.........then MLA is kind of chief minister for the constituency (much smaller than a dist).....Chief Minister is nothing but one main MLA out of the total.... not more than that.......... but system is made such a way that even a small transfer can not happen without Chief Minister's approval...........Halke ko kaam chahiye.......aur kaam agar MLA sahi dhang se kar de.......to fer CM ki dhok maarni sei?

Agar Dist level pe CM banawann laag gaye..... to haryana mein ek dist ka number 95 saal paachey aawega....... aar 95 saal tak kaam sirf doosrey dist mein e hongey..... iss baarey mein sochi sei aak nahi? Apni Jindagi mein to shayad e koye dekh paawe...... :p

Now when MLA is of opposition, why not funds are given to him for carrying out the development work in his constituency? He should be given funds and he should be able to do work.... Lekin aisa nahi hota........


Funds should be allocated clearly to Dist level and further to constituency level...... one IAS should be there at each constituency......... and he should be the approving authority based on reccomondation of Local MLAs.... Fer dekho..... har ek dist aisa ho jaaga jaise CM usi dist ka ho.....Saamuhik Kaam hongey.......aur koi MLA jaa kar CM ki chamchi ke chakkar mein nahi rehwega agli baar ticket ke chakkar mein......

Poorey state ko ek saath le kar chalna hoga..... Ekley Rohtak ya Bhiwani ya fer Sirsa ya Hisar tein kaam na chaaley bhai !!

Bhai Anil main kahna chahta tha ki district mein kaam hone ke sath aur jagah bhi to kaam hote lekin CM district mein jyada hote hain aur bhai haryana mein 21 district hain 95.:D

Vaise i was not talking about the possibilities whether this can happen or not...aise hi soch raha tha ki agar har distt se CM banne lagey to vo distt to chamak jayega aur baki jagah jaise kaam hota hai vaise hota rahega:rock :rock :rock :rock :rock

No personal grudge against anyone: but this is an absurd, irrelivent and unimplimentable ides....... how can we think of making CM from different district in each yojna....... then where will be the democratic procedure... and what will it end up in..... you getting incompetent person handling the affairs of your state.........

Development of Rohtak

I guess development of this distt. was long due as if we look at Gurgaon, Faridabad, Sonepat, Panipat, Karnal, Panchkula, Ambala, Kurukshetra these are all more developed towns than Rohtak even now though no CMs from there.

I partially agree that representation of CM makes a difference but there are other reasons too like strategic location, representation by strong MLAs, per capita of the people of area, education, industrialization etc.

On the other hand if I look back at Hisar, Sirsa or Bhiwani no matter how many years CMs from these areas reigned Haryana but I guess Rohtak is and going to be even far more developed because of efforts of Hoodas in just five years.

Also, don’t forget the development projects in areas like Beri, Jhajjar, Bahadurgarh, Sampla, Kharkoda, Sohna, Palwal, Mewat, Rewari, Dharuhera, Bawal (this is by far an incomplete list)

Guys vote for Development vote for Congress

Koi na bhai mai agar CM banni toh Jind ka hi nahi saare haryana ka vikas kar dyungi are aur districts nai 95 saal baat na dekhni padegi[:D]....Jokes apart thats a drawback in our system...A Chief Minister should not forget that he doesn't belong to a particular city but the state.So he should frame development plans in such a way that every district should get equal benefits..If tht happens he will fetch next tenure as CM for sure...woh kehte hai na sabka bhalla karoge toh ram thara bhi bhalla karaiga :)

Money allocated to any area for development should be proportional to the taxes paid by residents of that area. Part of the money from high tax paying areas can be used to develop poor areas .. but high tax paying they should not be neglected.
Let me give you an example... my parents live in a HUDA sector in Gurgaon. They have massive power cuts during the summer even though almost all residents pay their electric bill on time in full. There is an adjoining village called Kapashera. There are lakhs of residents over there because a lot of Gurgaon labor lives there. They have very few power cuts ... and they steal electricity .. overload the transformer. Their power is from the same grid as the HUDA sector. What kind of nonsense is this? Same with water supply.

The Indian middle class is stuck with the situation where they have taxation without representation ... because overwhelming amount of poor people dilute their votes. Politicians feed on this nonsense... thats why you see uneven development and the poor are kept poor for this purpose.

even in the current scenario u dont have any control over making of CM.
Kindly enlighten me on this how CM is chosen directly by the people?????
N u dont know it in advance when person take the CM post whether he will be incompetent or not..its after looking at his work u give a decision.

Chalo ye to bahut badhiya hojya ga agar aap CM bani to n agar aap chunav ladi to mera to ek vote jarur maan lena:D
On a serious note:-
I think everyone have take this thread in their own way..the whole point i wanted to convey was that if everytime CM is from different state then we will all around development of CM district along with the whole state Beacause i have hardly seen a CM who has done the same level of development in all district as sompared to his own district( Ch Bansi lal was an exception---unke case mein ulta hua tha)

Agar bhai sab tax ke proportion mein kiya jayega to saare posh areas mein hi development hongey gaon ka kya hoga kyunki wahan se to koi tax aata hi nahi aur huda sectors ka itna tax to hota nahi ki saare state ke gaon ka development ho jayega?????

I think u have given a good example but dont you think it will be much better if development is done according to the voting percentage of that area. One dont see more than 35-45% voter turn out election in cities but they want all the facilities available on earth and if they dont get all the available facilities, whole media is there to raise their plight but no body talks about the plight of people in villages where voting % is more than 80%.

Taxation with representation is sounds good but can it be implemented in country like india ? Where 5% have 95% of the money and 95% have 5% of the money. the one with 95% lives in cities and our countries population( around 65%) lives in rural areas.

if u take it on a serious note i think Kiran chaudhary will be a great CM n i ll be more than happy to see her as CM if congress does come to power( which i dont want kyunki ebb haryana ka ghana vikas ho liya aur ebb Chutala shahab ne fer to aan do anhi to haryana singapore ban jaga:D) and she will do more good of Bhiwani than Mr. Hooda has done of Rohtak.

Jhhoju aaley bhai mudda ye nahi h ki usne koi khoriya bhiwani mein nahi lagwaya balki uske hath mein abhi itni power nahi h ki vo lagwas sake otherwise she is working best of her abilities.
