CM from Different district in every yojna

bhai mere hissab t her baar alag disrtic ka cm hona chahiye kuki jo bhi cm bane h wo sirf apne disrtic m kaam kare s exp. chotala, bhjanlal, bansi laal and also bhupender hooda kise n dekh loo sirf inhone apne disrtic m kaam kera s wo chahye vikas ki baat ho ya rojgar ki

I am not saying that CM is chosen directly by the people...... we have control over making of a CM in the way that the elected representatives elect their leader as CM, and it is fairly democratic..... moreover, for past 10 years it is the treands with all parties to declare their candidates for CMs post hence the people vote for that party and image of that particular person helps in adding votes. If this system prevails then suppose it will be the turn of Bhiwani or Sonepat for that matter but due to some unforseen reasons no candidate of majority party wins from there....... then???

even in the current scenario u dont have any control over making of CM.
Kindly enlighten me on this how CM is chosen directly by the people?????
N u dont know it in advance when person take the CM post whether he will be incompetent or not..its after looking at his work u give a decision.

If i'm not wrong than i think there was no CM candidate of congress in last general election in Haryana & same for Rajasthan assembly this year as well. Baki shayad Anil Sangwanji jyada bata paye.

Aur Bhaisahab songress MLA choose nahi karte CM , Madam karti hain chahe usse MLA ke sath baki MLA hon ya na ho. Aise hi regional parties mein Party heads select.

Mera matlab ye tha ki agar har baar CM diff district se hoga to uss district ka development jyada hoga hi aur sath sath mein pure state ka bhi hota rahega.

After Looking at changed condition of Rohtak now after four years of congress regime under CM Ch bhupinder Singh Hooda and Condition of Hisar & Sirsa after regime of Ch Bhajanlal & Ch Omprakash respectively, i have reached a conclusion.

I think in every 'yojna' we should have a CM from different District kyunki iste uss district ka development pakka hojaga chahe pure haryana ka ho ya na jaise iss yojna mein hua hai.

what is important is admnistration and inspite of infrastructure development in rohtak , corruption is at peak in GOVT . Take example of PGMS, it was best hospital for general public but today you can go there if you know somebody otherwise no body cares for general public. Money is being spent but not as per the standard of Hospital. we are talking of AIIMS in Jhajar now and that is only diversion from the present issue that is how to make PGMS a better place where general public can have better facilities and treatment . This is only one example as how without proper admnistration and management best of infrastructure fails.
