Every individual has his/her own Genre.
I think most of the people here are Kind Hearted, Supportive, Avuncular, Eloquent, Phlegmatic & Loaded with deserving Aplomb.
But the problem is, sometimes Sarcasting nature gets dominated over all the qualities...

Very interesting, again!Someone learned told me that we must not keep with us any good thing we notice about someone, rather we must compliment him or her genuinely.
We, the people over here come from diverse kind of backgrounds and everyone has something or the other exclusive in him or her! Some are great writers while some are great fighters! Some are oceans of knowledge, some just searching for some such drops. Lets give compliments to each other for anything worth it, anything good we notice about each other ! Compliment must preferably be given in style, and that will be the fun part! Lets give it a try !
Although it doesn't quite come naturally to me, It's an Art! and I'm still trying to learn...
It feels wonderful to recieve a 'Straight from the heart' compliment & the manner it's given if is like the perfect icing on the cake, sweeps you off your feet.
Equally joyous is to watch the person you just complimented erupt into a spontaneous 'cheek to cheek' smile. A sure fire sign to know it really worked!
Does anyone know of any books/URLs which teach this art?

Or aisa bhi nahi hai ki we jats never tried to give compliments..I tried many times but people around me felt very strange.... example..
During my college time..my friend cooked matar poolaav and bring it in the college for me. I ate one spoon and really that was good enough to finish the whole tiffin . I smiled and said its awesome and very tasty..And you know what she did to me...she took the tiffin away from me and said (sounding very low).."mujhe pata hai...ye acha nahi bana...itna mazaak udaane ki kaya zaroorat thi..tum agar chupchaap kha lete to vahi bahut tha"
And from next day she stopped bringing lunch for me. eb bolo ise compliment ne ke chaatoon..jo bhookha e maar de....
and the same is happening with me till today...par bhaiyoo himaat ni haarii... jab bhi jo acha laga appreciate zaroor kara hai...
And Shweta Ji...you are a pool of creativity...always bring new ideas here to discuss on and to share our thoughts and top on that I really enjoyed ur posts.
Dayanad and Rajendra Sir -- to be very frank--u r enough mature and idol for me to learn how to keep ur life full of joy and knowledge with positive atitude.
All inventers of sundoo -- Bhaiyoo aap log to gajab hi ho...shabd nahin hai mere paas aap logoon ke liye...bas itna hai -- many times when I am alone and when I m lost...I use to read your posts and that always bring smile on my face....thanks...
All Shayars/Poets -- You all have a pure heart..keep pouring it...its my favorite part on jatland.....thanks for sharing the pure/deep/touching/meaningful stuff. It always reminds me - Jats are somewhat similar to coconut -- Hard and soft both together.
All readers always ready with comments -- Aap logoon ke bina to Jatland bilkul adhoora hai...aap hi ho jo kisi bhi thread ko itna interesting bana dete ho..ki bas zindgi main maja aajata hai...you all are enough capable to make a heavy stuff into a light one and know how to enjoy the life in a bad worst situation. At times I have noticed people fighting like anything, just by a mis-interpretation of a genuine compliment ! While at some other times, I have seen some very great people like many of us here, who give compliment just to pull someone's leg in style Such experiences can also be shared !
