Hi! Vikas Bhai,
I am glad for you for two reason:
1) You got my message right way.
2) You are not in a denial.
Commiting a mistake is not a big deal, everyone does but accepting it is what matters most and thats how we learn our lessons.
Tau jee's responce to me was as per newton's law. I am not claiming that was best, could have been better.
Its all about the choices we make. We can choose our behaviour but the consequences we have to accept.
Thanks for providing this learnig opportunity. I really appreciate your sharing and positive attitude.

Cheers,

Thanx Narender jee

Hi Vikas
well my friend Dharampal ji is doing a service to us the jats on jatland by devoting his time to post what he feels is worth reading and then leaving to us if we want to give our comments on it. And i know this service is a thankless job. Learn to appreciate what is being done. Yes do please keep your curious mind going but just one word of wisdom remember " Curiousity kills the cat" dont one day try touching a live wire thinking u want to feel how the current flows thru the wire. I hope this helps u in future to develop your thinking skills . good luck and hope u do well in your studies and have bright future.

baljit

to further add to your querry a jat is not a jat if he gives a straight answere. if you have lived in village then u should know this.

dear Mr. Baljit,
well somebody have to face the fear........if cat wanna know abt the current then she has to die.........otherwise no way.......we never thought in our life that men can land on moon as well ..........but it was men curiosity which lands him there to know that wat is there inspite of any fear or danger.......if he was not curious abt the moon then he never reached there and describe it.................so in progress for anything in this world curiosity is also one of the key...............neway thanx very much for giving me ur best wishes for my studies and my future..........i will try to do my best.

Kindest Regards!

yup mr. baljit i had also experienced the village life.........so that is the point here.........when Mr.Dharampal hadn't given straight answer to me then u hide him under this saying that "jat never give straight answer".........but when i also done the same job like when i asked my query to him in the sense "ki maine dala sa maar diya(which i realized later on)"........then everybody comes here to explaining me that i am wrong, he is older then me and all.........pls treat everybody in the same sense inspite of anybodys age....."bhai main bhi jaat hun to maine bhi jattu style main hi question pooch liya tha"........i think u got my point now.........

Kindest Regards!

elder or younger that any body can make a mistake in this world it is not necessary that only youngsters like us makes mistake.......inspite this is also possible that elder people also make mistake when they r talking to youngers.......so pls understand everybodies feeling never use elder word to give a curtain on everything.......

it is possible that after reading this post i will receive many replies of elders again giving me suggestions......but i dont think that watever i said was wrong even i respect all my elders.

hi everybody,
well i am new here on this site, and i like this site very much.
good platform for our community.

i am not familiar here with anybody but with this whole post i have conluded that its totally unfair going on with Mr. vikas.i think everybody has taken him from all the sides. everybody is explaining him , no body is explaining Mr. dharampal, i think just because he is older then him or may be older on this site.watever. i also belong to vikas generation i understand him that wat is going on him. Mr. Dharampal had also given him few replies in a chidish way but nobody cares for that every body cares for his mistake only coz he is younger then him. its my request to all members here that elder or younger that any body can make a mistake in this world it is not necessary that only youngsters like us makes mistake.
so pls understand everybodies feeling never use elder word to give a curtain on everything.

it is possible that after reading this post i will receive many replies of elders, giving me suggestions......but i dont think that watever i said was wrong even i respect all my elders.

Hi ! Vikas Bhai,
This is your best statement so far. As Shree Arya has rightly said respect has to be earned, its not in the age.
What do you expect throwing a stone on somebody will bring you back some rewarding behaviour?
No body has discreminated here on the basis of the age. Even Tau jee's responce had recogenised you as an individual. To escape from the front you came younder the umbrella of the younger generation.
Yes, Tau jee's coments do not suite his personality but everyone choose to ignore them becouse those were generated by your behaviour.

Hope you understand the facts rarher than searching an execuse!

Hi! Rahul,
Let me start by saying that no one is the enemy of Mr. Vikas here. He is as dear to all of us as to you.
Why you want to make camps? What good will we get out of it? The whole idea of bringing jats on a single platform will be lost if we allowed us to divide.
Dear Members are not against Mr. Vikas, they are opposing the personal attack on a public platform.
These kind of acts do not effect Shree Dhampal jee but could effect someone like you, me or Vikas.
Please give a thought to it.

Dear Duddi ji and vikas
I dont think there is any harm in pasting articles from papers and moreover where from we get most of the information, from papers and TV.Not everybody has the time to read papers and watch TV daily. and even if u read daily, u still might miss many things which might be pointing to some genuine issues.I appreciate duddiji's spirit that he takes so much pain to do all these things.
Vikas bhai, hope u will agree with me.

COSTLY JUSTICE- OF A MARTYR WIDOW: Message hijacked!

Hello Everybody:

Here is a perfect example of a message and its spirit being hijacked, abused and outright molested.

1. Dharmpal Ji is doing a very good job in sorting articles of interest and pointing them out to busy people.

2. Then there was some discussion/exchange between Dharmpal Ji and Vikas ji.

3. Jitender Singh (post #11) explained it the best way. Vikas should have taken a cue from there and should have written no more than two words: "Thank you" in his post # 15 and then kept up with other work.

4. Vikas's posting # 16 was #17 were out of line and unnecessary; and an open invitation to further arguments. Wisdom should have been exercised here.

5. Dharmpal Ji did not post anything after posting #11 to further conflict. His postings #12 and # 13 are back to work.

6. Later on Mr. Rahul Malik comes in with his Armory of phrases: "arre bhai ye baat kehke to bilkul nehle pe dehla maar diya." in post #26; and further sermons in postings in #27 & 28.

7. What are we gaining now with further tug-of-war? Is it what we are supposed to do?

8. No wonder Jats have not progressed much simply because they found some trifles and remained busy fighting over them; and in the process they forgot their purpose and mission in life.

Jitender Singh (Nov 05, 2003 11:58 a.m.):
Dear Dudee Uncle, Lamba Uncle, and Vikas Bhai,

The discussion here has probably overshadowed the actual issue.
Anyway I hope the things got right now.

Vikas Bhai, The main purpose of the discussion board is to put some issues and get the idea of others. If you don't find that you have some interest in that you can skip that. It is not mendatory to comment on a topic if you have opened it.

Dudee Uncle is putting his passion, by picking up some mind buggling articles and putting them in front of us. Probably you read tribune. But I don't and really thank him for selecting those articles for us. I hope he'll continue it for us, his passion, and social reforms.

"Costly Justice for Vikas?"

Hello People:

Agreed, the youngster has made an error in judgment by questioning a senior's compassion in effort to call for a social change, by posting a relevant meaningful article. However, should we all get on the bandwagon to humiliate the youngster even after he has genuinely apologized? Is it all right to support one member's conviction but denounce the other's inquisitiveness especially in light of his subsequent apology? "If you shut your door to all errors truth will be shut out." (Tagore).

True it is Jatlike behavior for a youngster to respect the elders and thank them for their valuable contribution, but is it model behavior on our part to exaggerate the issue to the extent it has been? Thirty-one posts in response to a single query? The topic should have ended at post #5.

Lamba uncle: "Dudee Sahib, You are the eldest on this site. Regards"

Amen!

Jitender: "The discussion here has probably overshadowed the actual issue."

This powerful statement should have marked the end of the discussion by all...

Ram Bhai: "Each generation has its own set of standards to go by. I do not think Vikas meant any disrespect."
Nothing could be farther from the truth...

Baljeet Singhji: "I hope this helps u in future to develop your thinking skills, good luck and hope u do well in your studies and have bright future."

I think the youngster needs all the good luck… .

Dr. Narender Dudee: "We can choose our behavior but the consequences we have to accept." Committing a mistake is not a big deal, everyone does but accepting it is what matters most."

It applies to ALL OF US, young or old! Dudee Bhai's post #4 is sort of departure from that norm and defeats the genuine intent of his original posting.

Vikas: "If we didn't have the curiosity to explore, the mankind would never have stepped on the moon!"

True, but even to go to the moon there were protocols that were followed. When you want to convey an important message to a varied audience, articulate your idea, present it well, and sit back. By repeating yourself over and again with too many conflicting explanations you are diminishing the importance of what you are sincerely trying to express - an apology, remember, less is more!

Rahul: "Mr. Dharampal had also given him few replies in a childish way but nobody cares for that every body cares for his mistake only coz he is younger then him."

You have a point, but also at the brink of being personally involved by continuing to add to the problem. If you want to justify a statement, it has to be free of all other biases.

Dudee Bhai: APPEAL TO ALL MEMBERS-PLEASE GET RID OF 3 EVILS

Post number 40: By Pushpa Singh -- Kudos sister!

Dear Members,

pls gimme a break.........i never thought of this that asking a little query from anybody will gonna be take this form some day............my replies for the following members:

for Mr. suresh kumar:(post #31)
pls tell me that before posting ur views have u clearly read my 2nd post in which i asked my query from Mr. dudee........no i don't think so........coz if u read it again then u will find that i never said him that posting articles from other sites is a bad thing or watever.........i only asked my query thats it!!!...........i will be totally agree with u sir but plz it is my request to u and all other members also that first read the topic carefully and then start sharing there views..........otherwise it will result in a quarrel only nothing else .........like wat is going on here...........pls note my point and dont mind.

for Dr.Narender (post #29)
i like to give here 2 examples:

*in one case one younger is doing some mistake and elder person comes to him and explained him very well and with love and affection that wat u have done is not the proper way of doing ..........and do it like this way!
*in another case when that younger guy do some mistake the elder one first misunderstood him........then insted of explaining the things to him in proper way, he just behave like a another child to him......and not satisfied him!

so now tell me that wat u expect from the younger guy in both the cases?........tell me that which case is better.......wat all i mean is that ur tauji's comment is generated by my behaviour only.......but dont u think so that instead of saying those comments if he had also choosed the 1st way........then this stage of this topic never arrived..........plz dont say things like this coz by this it shows that ur hiding him ...........

for mr. Budh Nashier(post #31)
sir u had given a good brief or say summary of the whole post here.........but that is also missing with few important details:

u said that my post no 6 and 7 are unnecessary............then plz tell me that without posting no 6 how can i proove my point that the jokles which i am posting here again ang again are actually posted here already.........and regarding no.7 i just post that to stop the conversation there only.....so that there will no missunderstanding occur betw us......but.......yup i totally agree with ur all other points..........but dont u think that to avoid this wastage of time here on this topic.........both sides have to agree not only the one........

for sujata:(post #32)
u have done a great job by pointing all the minute details of the topic......and i will definitely try to follow ur advice in future.......coz i realize that watever u said will gonna be good for me and my future..........thanx very much for that.

for mr. rahul
thanx very much rahul for providing ur support to me when i was alone here.........but rahul if u like than pls follow one of my advice also.........that watever mr. narender said is true that we dont wanna make camps here.......first when i saw ur post i fet little happy that somebody is there with me........but after a while i scared with the fact that today u have joined me as a fighter for young generation tommorow 1 more person will come to younger side and similarly to other side as well and like this one day might come on this jatland website that on the home page we find two links one of them go to elder people area and one of them will be for youngers...........and this is wat which i really dont like to be happen..........so pls avoid all these kind of things.........dont make grps here.........we all r same of one community and meet here to share our views.......see wat mr. budh nashier has said in his post that we will not achieve anything with this tug of war.........i really like that line and we all must follow his lines if we really wanna show this whole world that jats r also something!!!.........i think u got my point now............

in the end i request all the members here.......that pls try to avoid further missunderstandings in this topic.............i admit this that from both of our sides ......that may be i feel that mr. dharampal haven't given me the reply to my query in good or proper way........and in the same way mr. dharampal may think that vikas has attacked on my topic and spoil its importance by asking that query............it is possible here that may be i am wrong or may be mr. dharam pal is wrong...........nobody is 100% perfect here in this world............or also may be we both r wrong here..........but i again requast all the members here that pls
*avoid such things in future
*post ur articles only when u have fully understand that topic in depth
*and forget this now and try to follow the last lines written by mr. Budh in his post no 31

take care all

vikas

sorry coz the lines( point no 7 and 8 ) which i told u to follow of mr. budh is from post no 32 but not 31

enjoy!!!!!!

Hi! Vikas Bhai,
First of all nobody has committed a crime, we are discussing behaviour. I am requesting you once more please do not divide on the basis of age/sex or anything else. The same emotions are applicable to everyone and every where. To your latest query I will add, why not to implement the best behaviour in our own actions rather than expecting it from someone else?
I truly believe in the democracy. I tried to explain my point of view like eight other members. You are free to interpret them the way you like. I do not have to convince you. I will be glad to give my explanation to your future queries. Please feel free to send me personal message.

Thanks,

Dear Vikas:

It is an irony that you are NOT paying any attention to your own writing and advice here; while you have vehemently ignored others' suggestions.

You have asked more questions in your totally redundant post # 34. What are you trying convey here? You should have paid at least some attention to Sujata Ji's message (whose post you apparently liked). At this stage I really feel sorry for you, a young generation worrier.

Let me answer my part.

1. In (4) of my post #32, I clearly say that your posts #16, 17 are unnecessary and calls for further conflict after having read post # 11. There is no mention of your post # 6,7. Clearly you are not reading (in depth?) before posting anything, and at the same time you are advising others to read in depth before posting articles. When you get in trouble, you ask for a break! You had already closed the books in your post # 7 by saying that
"SAMAJH GAYA SIR JEE........BILKUL SAMAJH GAYA........!!!!!!!!!"

So, what were you proving later as you are claiming now? Then you indicate that I am missing important points.

2. Also allow me to point out NOW an explanation that you asked of Mr. Dudee. It would take a fourth grader to notice that Mr. Dudee's post is an article written in Ambala by some correspondent of news service-UNI.

3. By the way, what is this stuff about younger generation. Well, if you are communicating with older villagers in our beloved Haryana, I would grant you that status. Mind you, on this platform here, there are all educated people; and some of us are delivering knowledge (and hopefully manners as well) to hundreds of younger kids every year. In commnucating with others and to acquire knowledge, it is also a good idea to improve one's writing skills.

4. Finally, Mr. Dudee has posted his reaction in #36. I wish to suggest (if to any avail) that you don't respond at all simply because your response will cause more conflict. Mr. Dudee is not a relative of mine and I have never met him. If you wish to respond to me, you may wish to use my email which is given in my profile. I shall be happy to help you in any way you wish for. I have nothing against you, my current post (after all else has obviously failed) is an attempt to steer a young man away from a path that is clearly leading to darkness and confusion.

Dear All,

Dudee Saheb, this is exactly the reason why the widows and some ex-servicemen are not getting pension in TIME.

Because the persons who are capable of helping their unfortunate uneducated brothers and sisters waste their valuable time (And their company's internet facilities in some cases) in posting and reposting on this site.

It is plain common sense to make your point once, and that too after a lot of thought. If needed give a clarification once more. Period. I have experienced it a number of times that some one out of the blue will hijack the topic and start discussing other matters.

Budh Bhai Saheb is absolutely right. Please use members private e mail to interact for personal clarifications. It is with a lot of hope that Jats get together on this site. Let us not make it a fish market.

And please, IF SOME ONE HAS TO TELL ME ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE TOPIC, USE MY E MAIL ID.

Regards,

Lt Col JS Malik (Retd)
