Here are few incidents from life of DC Sahib:

1. Ch Ram Narain was a honest officer and posted by Punjab CM in his home district Amritsar. The villagers complained about Ch Ram Narain and said "Ye saab gali de ke baat karta hai". CM said, he does ask u for bribes and gives u only gali. Villagers said no we jats will not tolerate the gali. CM said I will tell Ch Ram Narain not to give u gali.
CM called Ch Ram Narain to his office and said "Suna hai aap gali de ke bat karte ho".
Ch Ram Narain said "Kon sala kehta hai"
CM said ok, no body, thanks.
