Manne Shweta tai kade koye problem na thi arr na hai Simple reason i dont JUDGE people and don't measure their intellect based on the stuff posted here....par uska fizool ki baata pai ho-hala machana roz ka kaam ho gya jiss tai Moderator dukhi hogey, issa laage iss thread mai ek aur request daalni paddegi ke SHweta nai ek dedicated moderator de dyo jo uski iss intellect urge nai satisfy karta reh Arr sabke apney-apney interest hoya karein kise ka kuch likhan ka jee kare arr kise ka kuch padhann ka, iska matlab ke shikayat laatey raho mail likh-likh kai. Apney reasons le liye fight karo. I like few of her threads and posts but should i complain about which i don't like? Like she did....I'm sorry i don't expect any intellectual member to complain like this though i'll try my LEVEL BEST which is 57% (58% ho gya aage manne koye INTELLECTUAL baat kardi)at the moment, to meet her expectations

Moderators should take decision very fast in all such cases. And, in this case it is very simple - if they want to give her a chance and let her come back....Ban should be lifted immediately.....else, this thread should be closed/deleted as their decision of ban is final and firm. No more dicussions on the issue.

Off late, many people here are writing just to enjoy and to fight with other members and they pretend to be the real "aandolankaari".

I'm sure that your behavior has never been irrational as the blame put by all members in this thread BUT i've noticed that your behavior have been extremely IMMATURE, so far the BAN or lifting the BAN on members is concerned. Either Don't BAN a member and IF you have to do then don't lift the ban EVER. And giving infraction and all seemingly have become more like a mockery as all get used to gradually.

This thread has been long enough now, if you are sure that you're NOT lifting the ban then close his thread please OR LIFT THE BAN FROM SHWETA.

All moderators are SUPPOSED to be mature and level head who dont suffer and act ON IMPULSE and if they do Then make me a moderator and i'm sure i'll be an AWAKEN BEAUTY not sleeping one Moderators are not supposed to get some sleep then why do you let Female moderators sleep?I guess i've asked too many irrelevant questions AS USUAL....sorry GUYS my intellect is still evolving The substance that i rarely use

This is the final decision! Shweta can come back to the site if she can commit to accepting Moderator decisions gracefully and is ready to roll back her message in which she asked for a ban.

That's the only solution by which SD can come back and i strogly beleive that we guys are not trying to approaching solution of the main issue even we are creating more problems for her and creating new gaps between other members too. So a request if u don't have any thing sensible to say pls don't behave like a kid.
Agree with Bagh on the above relpy but there is only one problem i can see if the rule for changing the name suggests one 1 year ban why she has been awarded a life time ban. But forget it and lets concenrate on the solution provided by the Bagh.
And Bagh pls do read this whole thread i m sure u can really find 2-3 members whom u can ban easily

as u are insisting bagh not to read the whole thread otherwise he will strike back hardly...I want to remind you taht bagh can ban all the members of this site easily bcz he is the authorised person for that...but mere bhai, u can't suppress the truth so long..it has to come on surface one day......
I remember when shweta joined this site how she was welcomed here!!!., A group of ppl caught a " word" used by her and first made a mockery and later on raised fingers on her writing skills.Was this behaviour OK with a new member at least when u know that newcomer is a better communicator than u.? ...It gives the smell of jealousy...but some ppl have the intellect.to present it in a ligher way......Infact, someppl here have a superiorty complex and they can't tolerate someone more intellect:rock:rock..like shweta.........that's the real problem....bhai tu adde nawa nawa aaya tanne eibblo byara hi kuch na.............

Nishant buddy, tell me one thing that had you been given the life term ban instead of one year ban as per the rule if you would have requested for name change, would you wanted to approach to the Mods to lift the ban ?

Don’t you think that the ban should be lifted unconditionally by the Mods?

It has to be bhai but i m trying to resolve the issue because now its become a pride issue for the Mods too.In actual scene the ban has to to be uplift with out any condition.
I have just read the post by sumit it was amazing and sounds true word by word.
We all will miss him as we r missing SD.

Now there is no need to extend this thread unnecessarily. Nahi to wo hi hoga ki jaisa discussion is thread par ho raha hai usme personal comments jyada ho jayenge, EGO hurt hongi aur unme se kuchh par ban lag jayega. Fir un members par se ban hatane ke liye nayi thread start karenge.

Prashant Bhai, ab to aisa kuchh nahi hai ki hum request kare Mods se ki Ban hata do. Kyonki Satyeshwer already is thread me reply kar chuka hai ki agar Shweta ji Ban hatwaka fir se JL par aana chahti hain to ve Kisi bhi Mods se direct contact kare to Ban hat jayega aur ve JL par login kar sakti hain.

As per my view the problem has been solved and no point to extend this thread and make comments like request to Mods about lift the ban of Shweta. Now it,s Shweta's turn, she should contact to one of the Mods and get green signal for logging on JL.

I find it hard to believe that you don't realize that Shweta made those comments in a PRIVATE email. You are going on and on about her in a PUBLIC forum just because she criticized some of your threads in a personal email to the moderators. She was fighting against what she perceived as double standards. She may or may not be right. But she was definitely not picking an issue with you in that email. She won't even have known that there would be such a turn of events that the email would land here!! Now you have full right to be pissed off as your threads were criticized. If I was in your place, I'd have felt bad too. Really bad. But by going on a no-holds-barred against her, you are making a mockery of yourself. In fact, some time back, you had said that when you were reading Mukesh's first post, you were going to support it UNTIL you read his Haryana comment. And then the opposition to Shweta's ban was gone too when you read her email. Wow, that's amazingly high respect you have for your own beliefs. What surprises me even more is that apart from Deepika no one is even taking you on such ridiculous logic/behavior. All I can see is gutbaazi, so whatever you say, your supporters will support it. Comeon guys, get a life! If you feel so strongly about what she wrote in a personal email, then write to her and slog it out with her. Why call her names when she can't even reply back to you here?

The issue was not what she wrote in her email, the issue was about banning a person unjustly. And then there are people making comments like "She asked for it; it is moderators' decision, etc. etc.". Have you still not understood why she asked for it? And are you always in agreement with moderators' decision? All it is displaying here is that since you have decided that you don't like her, you want her to be banned. Is this what being a Jat means to you? The most important aspect of being a Jat according to me is to stand for what you believe is right. What beliefs are you guys standing for here?

PS: I am not writing this because I belong to Shweta's gang. I am too new to belong to any gang. Plus, I have had arguments with most people including Shweta. So before you come out baying for my blood, please give this a thought.
