House has a small swimming pool. I hope its still in reasonable shape. I will do my best to get it cleaned and filled with water well in time. Those of you, who wish to enjoy swimming, might come prepared with your towel and swimming costume. Also we can have some dance music or any other type of music members prefer. I would greatly appreciate the approximate number of members attending the meeting to make sure that there is enough food for everyone.

I think the approximate number of participant will be around 25/30. Sir. Shailender will coordinate with you after your arrival on 15th.

Dear Rajeshji,
I think it would be a great picnic followed by meeting. Today onwards the the numbers of participants are likely to increase as our coordinator (Tokasji) is a experienced person. He can do every task very effeciently.

Hi friends,

I am in Delhi now and looking forward to the great evening we all are going to have together. Can we consolidate the exact number latest by 20th April? Will there be any formal agenda of the meeting ? I suppose someone will be taking care of Photography? It would be good to have a group photograph and some individual activity pictures during the meeting. Swimming pool should be ready for the dip and feel free to use it. There is good floor space for dance numbers and come prepared to to show your dancing skills if you so wish. If there are any special needs, please let me know as soon as possible.

The forthcoming DJM is open to all the Jatlanders. No need to register anywhere and no any special invitation. A humble request to all – please bring your families along with you (one needs to confirm in advance for that - only to avoid any inconvenience!). No outside Jatland people please!
If someone can play any kind of musical instrument or have some other kind of skill (dancing, acting, singing, mimicry etc.) – then please come forward.

To female members – don’t worry about the timings or venue; other male members will take care of you all, if needed. If you face any problem in commuting to the venue – please call any of the numbers given below (areas specified).
