well Shweta... i didn mean that differences physically or something... i do understand that differences... i just wanted to highlight their capabilities and our day to day behaviour...
More over that differences are not or being boy or gal ... those differences are coommon in all species... thats y we call one male and other female... hehe...

And mentallity, attitude, psychology they are all gifted by our society... if u r told u r weak and u r a gal... u shoud behave like a gal ... one day u will also feel awkward if u will not behave like a gal... coz thats not ur style... u r not used to with that behavior...

Like we say "Mard ki Jubaan" --- words/principle of a man... why cant a gal keep her words... coz somewhere our society in the background is pressurizing males to keep their words and giving liberty not keep to gals... so all these doubts r in kopadi... but their is nothing that both the genders cant do ... mee to running short of time... so will continue later

Well, i wanted to say over ur point that you dont prefer vacating seats for women except in emergency cases, But can u tell me the way out how u make out emergency cases ? She can travel standing also, rightly said, but there is a reason behind such reservations being made. For example, there are males who just want to unnecessarily bump into the females & can there be ways to check them out in all cases everytime!

Well, as regards to believing, I am also of the same opinion that both girls & boys must be treated at par as regards to the capabilities & responsibilty handling capacity, but a due regard must be given to the inherent difference that may have an impact on these aspects at times !

Well Shweta u r not getting my point... "For example, there are males who just want to unnecessarily bump into the females & can there be ways to check them out in all cases everytime" --- I do know all this and for the same i m appealing not to do that... if w'll keep on doing such craps then we r not giving equal place... this bus journey is just a small example... i just want to convey that dont treat them different... neither favor them nor against them...

And Madam ji... leave it ... this is an endless debate which will conclude nowhere... so cheers!!! enjoy:p

Rohtak power house per ek Photo Studio hai " Jagat Photo Studio" to jagat ji ne ek board taangaa hua hai studio mein..aur jaise he koe ladki enter karti hai usse eshara karta hai ke uss board ko padho.

Mukesh bhai aapki koe galti nahi hai..enhe respect do to mushkill na do to mushkill...eseleye enn se jitna bach sakte ho utna bach lo.Apne bilkul sahi kaha tha...Behan Bhai ka rishta koe samjhe to sabse bada hota hai..aur aapne uss rishte ko samjha. So don't get upset.:):)

I came to the thread a bit late, but mere khayal se Vivek D. ki baaton mein bhalay hi mazakiya twist hon, lekin gaharrayee hain, aur practicality bhi.
The so called philosophy, "treat others the way you want to be treated" doesn't always work. What seems to work better is; "treat others the way they would like to be treated". Well, question then would arise; how do we know what a stranger would like to be treated as????? I suggest: PLAY SAFE, ALWAYS.
(apnee gaam ki mei bi toh kahen "Jussa muh; wassa thappudd" - joke apart, but it's a very judgemental way of dealing thus highly unadvisable).

DK said it well here: QUOTE " i have seen lotta ppl become furious if u call them uncle although they are elder to ur father even... and some gaon ke dehati log feel it a matter of proud when u call them kaka or tau or dada...:)
So the best thing... address a stranger as a stranger only... sir or madam or just excuse... dats all i can suggest... call them didi, bhaiya or something after gaining his/her confidence...

Well, that was my 2 cents' worth.
Mukesh (ji????!!!), good incident to share. No matter how wise we are, there's always room to learn more.......

Good Review

Good analysis of the posts done here by kdeshwal.
Its very individual how one ll react, so one shud play practically safe... n i noticed in the posts that addressing as madam is considered as one of safer n respectable address.... But What to do...When someone get offended by madam also....???

I alws remember one incidence -when I was doing Ph.D., I went to American Centre Library, ND,,, there to get some information, I asked the lady attendant who was on duty, Madam,.............? And I got the reply...I am not Madam. (I felt very much same like now Mukesh felt,,, then what I shud ve said...I didnt know her name..!!!
And don guess that she was an American, she was Indian.
So after that I to realized the best addressing is Excuse Me..... No sir, no madam,, no didi, no bhaiya,,,, no uncle, no aunty,,,nothing yaar... just the 2 words..Excuse me.
Sometimes senior people too dont even like to be called as Sir, You shud call them as Mr......./Dr. ...... People like us who call them Sir/Madam out of respect are considered backward n fools.

Well what I feel is, its one more aspect of our society getting Westernized, adopting their ways of communication.

Mukesh, mere yaar...Tu tension na le!!!!

I am always humbled by seeing your innocent and clean hearted
way of looking at things. I think some of us rather twisted, demented and
mentally corrupt folks can really learn a few things from you.

Tu point toh na banan laag rhya? Just kidding...See..yahan par bhi
suhdhi dhaala na socchna aanta....:D

Well I think most likely issue was that the girl equates "Didi" with
"Behanji"...and that ticked her off. Now don't say "what's wrong
with Behanji"...He he he he he...Phir tae even we can't help you buddy.

Aur kucch na sae.
Its a big world out there. Different strokes for different folks. Just
take it in your stride. Key thing is to quickly try to adapt to people
and practices around you. You ain't right and they aren't wrong.
Kitte "Madam" theek koni...err kitte "Madddummmmm" bhi theek.

Personaly I agree with that photo sudio waala.... :D:cool:

haha..pawned...jks

bhai isme discussion wali to koi baat si na dikhti.eb oss chori ne na accha laaga to kah di.oski apni koi thinking hogi oske paache.eb ya to wahe chori jaane.kahi logo ko nahi pasand hota ki anjaan log onhe kisse rishte se sambhodhit kare.ha os ladki ne tumhe jawab rudely jarur diya.aajkal macchni choria ki kami na se aur tu shakal se osse suddha sa laga hoga to ossne bol diya ye soch ki kya bigad lega ye mera.aage to tu khud hi bahut samjhdar hai.bhinn bhinn log bhinn bhinn soch.
bhai maie yo thread majak karne ke liye nai dala tha..na hi suggestions ke liye..i'm enough capable to decide the right way for me... here I just wanted some serious discussion on this topic that where we went wrong in our learning process that the level of social behaviour coming down to its lowest point day to day.. why we can't take things in their positive way..

bilkul sahi kahi raj bhai:p.hehehe
