Not until it is abusive! Although the profile picture must be yours only. You can choose not to put a picture as well, but no other pic is allowed.

Please put your city or state and country. While giving out a city doesn't really give out a person's exact location, the paranoid members can choose to give a state and country. There are a lot of other places where you can show off your creative talents (like your posts, signatures and customizing your profiles etc.) but names/locations are not one of them.
It's a simple request and we are not asking for much here. There is not going to be any debate about this subject! Violators will be given infractions leading up to temporary/permanent bans.
