Drawbacks of current govt in Haryana.

Dear Jatlanders,

Starting this thread with an aim to track the govt activities till next election. Kindly report the drawbacks of govt that you know or whenever you notice, any corrupt activities or where norms are put aside by the govt.

You feedback can help others to decide wether govt is genuine or not.

Regards,
Shamsher

Drawbacks of Haryana government are only as much as that of democratic governments. Running government democratically and by rule of law appears to be always slower. However, its always the best option. There is a window of appeal for everyone under the law which was not there in Gunda Raj earlier.

Well RK Sir, there was an incident in late July, 2006 on our village road from NH10, and those involved, even after recognition and reporting, were not arrested for many days and got police shelter on cast base. I could not follow it after that as came here in Aug...But that road is still not safe at night. It's from NH 10 to village Dhandheri.

RK sir Please donot feel offended but only mention the specific ones and donot put a vague picture or try to jutify drawbacks. I think this thread is with some good spirit to bing some changes.

Please give details of the case, names of the persons involved. If possible, try to find out the final outcome. Have people of area reported to their local MLA about the safety issue? Do you think some gundas there have local political backing? Present government is very sensitive to such issues.

Why don't you add your list of incidences first before asking others. Don't behave like a TV commentator Shamsher.

Unauthorised and illigaly operating van/jeeps plying on NH 10 and many small roads...fill them with men/women just like bhed bakris...drive very rash and caused many accidents.
Six died in july-aug because of these illigaly plying van/jeep between Hansi- Hisar only and many injured. Even after noticing them govt has kept its eyes closed.

Indeed a very big problem but govt taking no serious action to stop it.

Yes its a big problem all over India and not just on NH-10. Hope you have seen DTC buses and how they are packed. Were these vans/ Jeeps less packed before present government took office? Why do people board such packed vans any way? Did goverment ask them to do so or operators of vans and Jeeps pick them forcefully and push inside vans?

Back up was rom DSP probably cast based both belonging to SC, incident reported to local MLA, nothing done then have to approach I think Virender Singh after that some action was taken and I think now subjudice. But it took 10-15 days just to bring the police in action and local MLA did nothing.

More achievemants

1. Petro-chemical hub in Panipat
2. Food processing park in Rai.
3. 2200 Cr. foreign Investment.

I like to clear that Banashali Vidhyapeeth, Rajesthan is also a women University.

Though the crime graph is reduced to a great extent, but still there needs a check in the NCR region due to the immigrants from West bengal, Nepal, Bihar and a mixed culure is developed.

Again an unfortunate counter question...people board them because sometime they are in hurry and sometime when govt buses are not available..its easy to stop these van/jeeps on roads than educating the whole nation.

DTC buses are still permitted but all these are illigal, infact either these people paying bribe to concerned oficers or recognised workers of rulling party.

Previous govt could not stop them...and this govt is also not stopping them

Even after knowing the problem, knowing the danger to innocent people, if the current govt donot stop them then its a draw back. You can see these van in front of bus stands and a little strictness can remoove them but then what those officers will do who are getting bribe for letting them to ply illigaly.

A Request to you RK Sir...do accept the drabacks with same anthusiasm as you accept the achievements. Please donot try to shift the blame when its govts duty maintain law and order.

Action huee to? This is the beauty of democratic set-up. One has many options. Did people have these options under earlier regime? Nothing government can do once case goes to court. As told earlier, democracy has its own drwabacks and things appear to move slow. You will have to agree that present government is not autocratic. Yes things will be slower as it has to follow the rules. People have to understand this basic fact.
