While issuing the registration certificate, the Election Commission has directed the party not to use the National Emblem, Ashoka Chakra, or any part in their letterhead or any other party materials in view of the provisions of the Emblems and Names (prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950.
It would be pertinent to mention here that state emblem of India was insulted by AAP, matter was taken up before the Ministry of Home Affairs then Chief Election Commission of India, our objections were uphold by the ECI.

Agar aisa hao to kya koi bhai meri ye baat samajhne mai madad kar sakta hai congress tricolor kaise use karti hai apne party flag mai???

Saffron , White and Green Colors does not make Indian National Flag . Anyone can use these 3 colors together .
Congress use all these 3 colors with " Palm " symbol in white portion . However in Indian National Flag we have " Asoka Chakra with 24 spokes " in white portion .

Thus they are not breaking any Act .

ab agar national flag se Asoka Chakra ko haath se replace kar ke koi political party use kar sakti hai... to koi doosri party kisi or color combination ke saath "askoa chakra" use kyon nahi kar sakti???

In agreement . However .

Ashoka Chakra is a symbol in India National Flag however combination of Saffron , White and Saffron is something else , as per my understanding . Many fashion houses uses same combination in clothing , many advertisement co uses same ------it is just a combination of 3 colors .

Correct me if I am wrong ------India after independence picked same color combination that Congress Party has used before independence .

Have you ever dealt with any consitutional power? I guess no and that is why such questions.

Anyways, Tirange ka galat prayog kaha gaya hai na ki ye ki use nahi kar sakte. Second. National emblem is used for only constitutional purposes by govt. governers and the President, there is a Sanctity to it whichis protected by the law. What is being done here is under the law, not politics.


Before getting political about this debate you should not forget that the person who got you the right to unfurl the flag privately is also a congress worker.

That's Hypocrisy - how many of us believe & practice it unknowingly?

Wonder, when the idea of "the nation" itself has been disgraced, what is being achieve by just safeguarding the national flag; other than just pure hypocrisy.

kya aapko sach mai lagta hai ki asoka chakra, national emblem hai...

mugjhe to aisa nahi lagta... jahan tak mugjhe gyat hai... asoka chakra, humare national emblem (Lion Capital of Ashoka) ka ek part hai... jo ki apne national flag mai use kiya jata hai...
beshaq national emblem ya national flag... ko istemal karne ka adhikar sirf sarkari kam-kaj mai hona chahiye... lakin uske kisi khass hisse ko koi bhi istemal karne mai mugjhe to kuch galat nahi lagta...

or jab congress ashoka chakkar ko haath se replace kar ke national flag ko use kar sakti hai tab to kajriwal ka "ashoka chakra"(not the national emblem) ka istemal karna bilkul galat nahi hai...

or jab aamir khan productions, india ke national emblem ka ek part "Satyamev Jayate" use kar sakte hain to... Arvind ki aap party usi national emblem se "chakra" kyon use nahi kar sakti...

halanki mai mai khud arvind ko follow nahi karta or usko dekhte hi mugjhe bachpan ke ek serial ka mungerilal yaad aa jata hai... lakin fir bhi apni marji(as long as it is not related to National Pride) ka nishan chun-ne ka haq to sabko milna chahiye...

sukkhi publicity ali PIL te nyari kaam ki PIL thokkya karo Kadiyan saab

Goyat bro - Do you think that even "SAMOSA" shaped people deserve a DSP post? oh, even one PIL will be filed against you and me now.
