· MUST have 55% in academics throughout 10th, 12th, Graduation OR PG (where applicable) – aggregate of all semesters.
· MUST be 2012 pass out ONLY.
· MUST NOT have any backlogs / ‘Year Down’ while pursuing academics during Grad / PG.
· MUST NOT have appeared for Amdocs Evaluation Process- Test / Interview in the last 12 months.
· Job Location – Pune ONLY

· Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 support environment.
· These requirements are for Non Engineering Graduates ONLY hence, please do not refer Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate i.e. (B.E/B.Tech/MCA) etc. against this job code.
