females might be spearheading in all arenas, but i personally think that (on basis of general calculations) females are not a good company when it comes to humor and fun...besides that in context of JL i think that female mods are inefficient and driven by rudimentary notions and phoney values and devastate threads here arbitrarily...driven by exaggerated emotions...

as far as job is concerned i think Left front in bengal need a image building and they can volunteer there...the ideologies will match

I think instead of banning seema the mods and admin team shud hav given a proper justification...this issue wud have been solved if proper methodology was followed??
Every1 makes a mistake..
I dnt knw how people will react but I think it was realy unfortunate and a harsh decison..

Seema Banned: Capital Punishment- This does not Qulify for rarest of Rare cases..

Though Seema and some other members were not outrightly correct in questioning the moderators..as the mods are just doing their jobs..that too voluntarily and perspective may be different for different people...

We shud admire the work other people are doing...be it mods or be it any one ..even those with different opinions than ours....

So no issues..per se..about sundry disciplinary acts..

But banning her for eternity is too outrageuos and unfounded.

I think the disciplinary acts shud be aimed at cautioning the people....reforming the wrongdoers...the step taken here is like "Capital Punishment" and our Supreme court says that Capital Punishment shud be exclusively reserved for "Rarest of Rare cases" and this particular case, in no way, ..even with the wildest stretch of imgaination, comes under rarest of rare category....
