At last after hunting for over 3 months i finally captured The ISS (International space station) shot.

good work !!

say, if you can do then please post some pictures of Saturn Rings. These rings always capture my imagination.

good job

That's terrific Dhankhar. Its way more than finding a needle in a haystack. Good on ya mate.

Saturn

Yeah right now Saturn is very low in the sky, so city lights cause a very big problem. and it is visible only for few hours. it will be visible properly in Oct-Nov. i took one pic last year which is not very good as i was using only 9mm Eye Piece. This Year i bought this 4mm Eye piece and will be able to see clearly and bit bigger picture and hopefully with one of its moon (Titan).

Sun spots

one more cool thing, i was using my telescope to look at the sun (off-course using the proper filters). and for last five days there is no sunspot on it, its really really clear. the last sun spot was visible on 12th of july. Scientist thinks that sun is going through the Solar minimum these days. attached is the pic

Excellent effort!

Deepak,

The pics taken by you are excellent; your searching eyes on a bright face are indicative of your lust for astronomical adventure.

Good show! Keep it up!

Deepak dost the way u think is not right...i want u to make ur own way....... according to this.. almost born in worng place... so karne waale har kahin se karte hain... just need right spot.. and jajbaa.... so many examples... just give u one name... Dr Abdul kalam..........if u dont know about him google abt him...... u will get an idea.........its not good to criticise country or place or family............

good luck......

Hi Raamlal Ji,

aap thoda galat samazh gaye meri baat ko, mera kehne ka matlab thaa, that i beleive in "where there is a will, there is a way".

if i was in India my parents would have have said "kyon pishe barbaad kar rahaa hai", as this is a very expensive hobby. if i wanted to buy my telescope there, spending 40,000 Rs, you would have thought 20 times at least. and i never heard any institute in India who offers you a major in astronomy.

and why i said Australia, because all other developed nations in the world are doing something in space exploration even Italy has there own module on space station. but Australian don't even bother.

but Raamlal ji one day i'll get there, on my way right now.
