I haven't had much time lately to come on here and engage in fruitful discussions and socialise with you all.

But after reading this news I just could not resist the temptation of sharing this news with you

If anybody is from Gohana and knows the Jat guys who got arrested, please get in touch with me, I would like to contribute to their legal defense.

There many senior members have condemned this act of burning houses at gohana .... and asked them to go by law. Now they can see clearly that the culprit (bechara dalit) was in open without any charges .... free for another rape of girl from neighbouring villages ....may be you can call mighty and BAHULYA jats .... and to kill any body in open at samata chonwk in daylight make the victim run in open and then shoot him ....

Panchayat hui kae baar ..... phir gyapan diya gaya ... aur kaha gaya ki CM should respond and act appropriatly but couldnt get any response from our new CM that time .... then the mob got egitated .... that was after due course of incidents and gyapans ..... in daliton ko bhi kahe diya tha ki in logon ko humein pesh kar do ..... nahi kiya to kya kareinge log .... aap sab senior members kahe rahe they ki wait .... wait .... look for justice ... law .... law ne bhi usko bari kar diya .... ab aaya na phir oont pahad ke neeche .... kisse bechare satae aud ne kat diya rog .... aur kare ke dekh lee the baat law er police ki ....

Bhai Kharab .... haan mere 3 jankar hein pahele wale gohana kand mein under CBI janch ....... arop bhadkao bhasshan ....... aap ki baat sunkar thoda ascharya huya ki aap videsh se kya de paoge ..... kya karoge legal help .... yes let me know .... kya aap unke liye kuch kar paoge jake india .... agar aisa kar pao to you are most welcome ... let me i will help you to reach them ....

Yes that was much awaited thing... He was killed on same date i.e August 27th.

Next thing that we need to see is how Jats will react when police will arrest 10-15 jats Youths..

One more update, Today Dharmpal Malik (Congress leader) went for condolence in Valmiki basti, He had great time there(with the chapals of valmikis)

Dalit’s murder: Police claims to identify accused

Gohana, August 29

Two days after the murder of a youth from the Balmiki community, the Sonepat police claims to have cracked the case.

Though the police officials remained tight-lipped on the detailed investigations, sources informed that the investigations were on to confirm if some rivalry was the reason behind the murder of Rakesh alias Lara.


Sources said the role of some other community members was also under scanner but refused to comment anything. Possibility about the involvement of some hired shooters is also not ruled out by the investigating sources. Reports said about two dozen persons were detained by the police but the officials neither confirmed nor denied the same.


Meanwhile, talking to The Tribune, SP, Sonepat, Navdeep Singh Virk claimed that the police has successfully identified those behind the murder. Declining to share the information, he said the final details would be disclosed soon after crosschecking the accused.


However, sources claimed that the police was looking into an angle of the involvement of some gang in the incident. They said many criminal cases, including dacoity, attempt to murder besides others, were registered against Lara between November 2001-2007.

Valmiki community today took out a protest rally in Ambala cantt as well as Ambala city over Gohana incident.


The members of Valmiki community demanded that the persons who murdered Rakesh alias Lara in Gohana must be apprehended within 24 hours.

They strongly condemned the brutal killing of Lara in Gohana, Sonepat.In Ambala cantt, Valmiki community had gathered at Indra Chowk but a posse of police personnel was already present there.

Police officials dissuaded the members of Valmiki community from forcibly closing business establishments.

Earlier, a meeting was held at BC Bazar in which a number of members of Valmiki community were present.In Ambala city, members of Valmiki community had gathered at Nahan House from where they took out a protest rally. The rallyists passed through different markets before reaching Jagadhari Gate. The rallyists directed the shop owners to close their shops.

A few shopkeepers did lower their shutters for a brief period of time. Later, the markets functioned normally. A lot of hue and cry was raised over the killing of a dalit youth in Gohana.

I agree that burning houses is not the solution and that was too not right ... but that was not the act of panchayat there .... they were on march and some (may be of virodhi party) have motivated .... aur mob to mob hoti hai ....

In a way i appreciate these valmikis as they stand united for their caste's person not like us that few ppl took the initiative and brought these culprits to justice when time and again it was denied to our individual and then our own people condemmned it .............. ahhhhh wot a plight ..........

Wahan toh Kitab Singh Malik bhi gaya thaa, Usko toh valmikyon neh Gate par theye Baja diya.

I don't know whether its true or not, One guy name Sanjay from Bhutana village took the responsiblity, He is in Sonepat Jail for 6-7 Murders.

Yoh Chora toh MLA bana dena chaiye....:D

Every news portal is saying that Dalit Youth was murderd by Upper caste members. Nobody knows that He was a criminal.

Media is portraying it like a social Injustice against Valmikis.
If possible, please put your comments whereever we find an opportunity to comment on any news update regarding this issue.

Hooda bhai sahab, I mean contributing financially.

But apparently this scumbag was murdered due to criminal rivalry and not in connection to Siwatch murder.
Is that right ?

If Ch. Bhupender Singh Hooda will give them any compensation ...... I think we cannnot and should not let it go unnoticed .... It would be a matter of shame for the whole Jat community

There is a mohalla of balmikis in Gohana. The young people from this community were/are involved in drugs, mar-pitai paise leke, kidnapping and before this kand they were accused of rape cases also. Paas mein hi ek gaon hai nawal gotr ka kathoora, wahan ki ladki ka rape kiya tha inhone. Gohana ke dukandaron se hafta wasooli bhi karte they.

Jaise 1857 ki kranti ki aag ka ignition kartoos kand se hua tha … to ye dabi hui logon ki chingari inke khilaf …. Ghadwal gaon ke Siwach ke din dihade bhaga bhaga ke garden tod ke marne ke baad hui. Aas paas ke gaon ke sabhi jatiyo ke log ikatthe hue aur panchayat ki gae …. 2-3 panchayatein hui aur pahele inko kaha gaya ki jo culprit hein unko sompe …. Par nahi manne …. Pher sarkar ko gyapan diya gaya … kuch na hoya …. To us din jo panchayat hui usne march kiya inke gharon ki taraf …. Halanki sare balmiki gharon ko chod ke ja chuke they ... kyonki wahan tanav ho chuka tha itne dino tak koe karvahi na hone se .... beech mein kisi ne bheed ko uksaya aur 2-4 gharon mein aag laga di .... joki halanki panchayat ka mansooba nahi tha ... aur galat hua

Lagbhag 2 saal ke baad case chal hi raha tha ki …. Iss case se bari hue balmiki gunde Lara ko kisi ne maar diya. To balmiki phir bhadak utthe ... aur na sirf Gohana balaki door door tak bawandar machaya gaya. Aur iss Lara namak ladke ko jiske upar 6-9 case chal rahe they criminal .... shaheed ka darja dilane ki bharkas koshish ki gae ….. par phir jat samaj ne bhi kamar kasi aur .... Mohamadpur jisko mohndpur bhi kaha jata hai mein sabhi jaton ki bhari panchayat hui .... abhi phir se 16 tareekh ko bahut badi panchayat hui jaton ki aur sarkar ko chetaya gaya ki agar sarkar ne iss gunde ke parivar ko kuch vishesh shayata di ya shaheed ghoshit kiya to we bhi un sabhi jaton ko shaheed ka darja dilvanege jo pichale salon mein gangwar mein mare hein. Lara was not involved in this case as per CBI and he was released. There are few jat guys who are involved in murders of their own family members for lands …. Like Butana, busana, Khanda etc. gaon ke … jo ki jelon mein band they. Log inko tanne dete ki kitke mard badmas so bhai tum jo balmikiyan ke balak thare muh mein ke angli pher jyan hein to …. To in badmasan ne sochi ek bhai ya baat bhi theek hai …. Inke radak gya yo … er sunan mein aaya se ek ineh ee karya hai iska kaam …. To matlab ek badmas ne doosre badmas ko mar diya …

Iss sab kand se itna saaf pata laga ki ye balmiki ya dalit log bahut ki ekta mein hein … aur inko sharam nahi aai apne culprit ke liye bhi chillane aur kanoon hath mein lene mein …. Lekin mene kae apne jat bhai aise dekhe … jo ki nispaksh hone ke chkkar mein jaisa ki ek doosre thread mein Seema ne kaha ki reverse process chalvana shuru kar dete hein …. Means apne aalyan ne to dutkare jange er in dalitan ke bare mein kuch nahi.

We should respect other castes and creeds but iska ye matlab to nahi hona chahiye ki hum apne logon ko hi dabane lagein. Kahin hum ye to nahi kar denge ki kal ko jo svaran jati kahi jati hein unko dalit bana dein daliton ko uthane ke chakkar mein …. Only thing needs to be favoured is the free education of these and not the adamant behaviour should also be beared only because they are dalits.

Means apne aalyan ne to dutkare jange er in dalitan ke bare mein kuch nahi.

We should respect other castes and creeds but iska ye matlab to nahi hona chahiye ki hum apne logon ko hi dabane lagein. Kahin hum ye to nahi kar denge ki kal ko jo svaran jati kahi jati hein unko dalit bana dein daliton ko uthane ke chakkar mein …. Only thing needs to be favoured is the free education of these and not the adamant behaviour should also be beared only because they are dalits.

Bhai nue to likhi thi mene ...jo bera patti hude jae pache ... baki to kitte dekh lyo kori sympathetic and khabar bechane wala matter hai ..... may be this also contain a little bit bias towards jats being a jat (10%) but its from the root and not from any newspaper, human right activists ... who goes there for few hours and try to figure out the whole truth ... instead only that matter which may help them sell their news.
