yesterday at 7.30 pm ,the whole jaipur was thrilled by the sound of exploision when a indian oil depot exploded due to short circuiting(get to know by news)..the exploision was so enormous that it effected the 10 kms area near sitapura industrial area..after that the fire flames epurted which were as big as 15 storied building.
JECRC college which is just 400 mts away from that site is greatly effected and news of casuality is heard from there.flames get to the second depot and then blasted it.second explosion damaged several colleges and small villages around sitapura.a police station is also guessed to be effected.there are 7 such depots surrounding that place.government called emergency and appointed special teams of army and engineers to get over the fire.
BMIT college(my college) and GIT college which are situated just 1km from that site also got damages.window panes are broken and buildings are damaged.
our whole hostel was in panic and all were getting furious to see the mamoth sized flames getting bigger and bigger..
government sealed the whole area and started the avactuation work.
we are now 20 kms away from our college altaugh the place is safe but fire can be seen from here also..
