Was the content of the joke "OK"????? I think these kinda jokes/humour should be discouraged....... its the second time I am bringing out this issue.

You are right dear Sumit,

Darasal, Gandhiji ka naam is content mein dekhne ke baad main kuch aur soch yaa likh nahin paayaa. Remind karaaney ke liye shukriyaa.

It's really bad to use these kind of contents in this community site. Moderators should look into the matter and remove these kind of postings immediately.

It's my humble request to dear Jatlanders, not to use these kinds of cheapnesses here and think about our lady members.

ye he to me keh raha tha ke ye sab to just starting he.......agar hum aap milke ishe yahi control nahi karege to batao kya keh kar logo ko bataye gay ke jato ke bhi apne site he.....presently i feel proud to tell other about the site......but agar aap sath de( to maintain the integrete of our own site) to aage bhi karuga........

well there r 2 issues here...
1) Gandhiji joke
2) Dhoti mein.....part

2) is an open issue which can be debated..
,
But
1) Using Gandhi ji as part of joke is fine...just relax...Gandhi was known to have a great sense of humour and made lot of fun playing aroung with english language...oxford being the most famous one...as it was part of the movie.

The debate on contents is another issue but please spare the parents of individual. This is very bad , if u start doing it what will b the difference between you and others.

I personally consider it a very sick remark from a seasoned member.

Please don't personalised any remarks, if it is on individual level can be considered as We are JAAT but PLEASE DO NOT include family members.

I don't want to make it personalized ......sorry agar kisi ko bura laga........the only thing i want to say ki please show some respect for our leaders......specially the leaders like Gandhiji ......and subash chandar bose.........aur agar aap unki respect nahi kar sakte to atleast mazzak maat udaao.......agar aap ko kisi kai personalize hone pai burra lag sakta hai....... to kisi ko Gandhiji ka naam jodne pai bhi burra lag sakta hai..............
 
Level of debate or comments here takes me back to my primary school in village.. Incidently a primary school in village are still called chaupal. ....As you can all see the original joke posted under this thread is a cut and paste from some where....Lots of such jokes are in circulation on net about all great people, including Lord Rama, Krishna, Jesus...etc...Yes they are crude...but still they make ppl laugh.....Even if you think that this was not the rught forum to pase the joke, you could have ignored it and moved on.....Nashihat dene ke bahut tareeke hain..... Koi achaa tareeka dhoondhiye Zanab...aisa tareeka ki abhadra shabd bolne wala khud hi paani paani ho jaye...

Very well said! The post is already in the humor section and by no means insults the "Daddy of the Nation"! Never realised some Jats are so sensitive. :rolleyes:

Dear all,

The point here is not only about using Gandhiji in a joke!! It too often happens. But the point to consider is - using Gandhiji in these kind of contents and using this content at this public forum.

I don't think Sukhbir has the intention to hurt someone personally - only the way he used is wrong. Instead, he may have used "Tau Devi Lal ki dhotee mein..."

If some of us say the content is fine - then it's fine - but only for fellow males. Isn't it???
If it's really good humour; then do you all think that some females - after reading this - could reply to this thread? I think never!!
We never know the contents of a posting - without reading it. And same is the case with our fellow jaatnis. They should also be reading this; (let me say it this way "may be my real sister read the same") and I don't think - she will feel proud.
After reading the contents - it's natural that different opinions and sentiments will definitely come out and it's impossible to ignore. It can only be ignored - if we have 'A' written (or something like that; a 'pehchaan') near the posting - so that it's everybody's wish to read or let it go.
This may be one of the minus points - that our female members are not very often posting here.

So dear friends,
It's a humble request to all - always remember that this is a public forum especially for our community. Please try to be sober. Thats it!!

All the views above are very important in some or the other way. They should be pouring in at Jatland too often.

This is one side of the coin - if needed, I will put the other one at a later stage. :rolleyes:

Without any prejudice to various view points expressed in favour and gainst the post and then the concerns as to female members would react etc..may I draw the attention of hon'ble members to the khalnayak song " Choli ke peeche kiya hai..." ? Be honest how many of you switch off your radio or TV set when that song is played ? Do't tell me that Dil is the only organ under the Choli...

1. mera rona yahee hai ki mujhe kiya bolna shobha deta hai aur kiya nahi deta, yeh mera bhateeja decide karta hai.. Mere piyare bhateeje, Jawan ladkon ka yeh bahut purana tareeka hai buzurg logon ko chup karane ka...bhala saaf saaf bolne me kiya sharam.. aur bahteeje ki baat ka bhala kiya bura man na...LOL

2. Bhateeje ! jab teri pasand ke gaane ki baat aayee to tu kiya smartly uskee vakalat karne laga dekh. imaandari se bata acha, us gaane ki pehlee line me poora suspense nahi create kiya gaya kiya? khair...chalta hai...Gana wakai me acha hai...aur sun..ub yeh mat likhna ki uncle ji kaisa gana sunte ho, sharam nahi aayee...LOL
