One more thing----just saw some Lawyers's interview regarding same Case-
Abetment of Suicide considered n calls for strong convinction when there is direct relation between deceased n accused , as u can see from info mentioned above in every case deceased n accused are directly related ( in matrimony- so called holy)

It does not matter as long as the facts are similar, for example: relationship, Employer and employee and that too in a small organization; Greed for money, sexual favours etc. could be the motive; Direct relations does not mean husband and wife rather it could be master and servant too which exists in present scenario. Law is very complicated subject, just someone told you and pasted here is not good. If you are a lawyer and did research on matter then only post comment.

The Supreme Court on Thursday issued a notice to former Haryana Home Minister Gopal Kanda on a petition by an Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) activist seeking registration of a criminal case against him for attempting to murder in Sirsa district on April 3, 2010.
A Bench of Justices P. Sathasivam and Ranjan Gogoi issued the notice to Mr. Kanda and his brother Govind Kanda on the petition filed by the alleged victim Pradeep Godara.
Mr. Gopal Kanda resigned earlier this week following suicide by his former employee Geetika Sharma, who alleged that he was responsible for her suicide. Geetika mentioned his name in the suicide note.
Petitioner counsel D.K. Sharma told the Court that the Sirsa Magistrate and the Punjab & Haryana High Court had erroneously dismissed the petitioner’s plea for registration of a criminal case against the Kanda brothers.
According to the petitioner, the residents of Sirsa district had called for a ‘bandh’ on April 3, 2010, to protest against erratic power and water supply.
The bandh, supported by INLD led by former Chief Minister O.P. Chautala, had coincided with the visit of Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda to the district.
Attacked
The petitioner said he was attacked by Gopal Kanda, who was the MLA from Sirsa besides being the State Home Minister, and Govind Kanda at Bhagat Singh Chowk in Sirsa.
Mr. Godara alleged that Gopal Kanda had come in his official car and was accompanied by a convoy of police and private vehicles.
When the policemen were thrashing him allegedly at the instance of Mr. Gopal Kanda, the MLA himself “joined in the attack and caused serious injuries to the petitioner on the vital parts of his body — ears, chest and private parts.”
Print and electronic media had covered the assault on him and another INLD worker in full public view, the petitioner stated.
Mr. Godara said he was asked to seek appropriate remedy when he moved the High Court for registration of a case. Accordingly, he filed a complaint before the Judicial Magistrate of Sirsa.
On May 4, 2010, the Magistrate dismissed the complaint observing that “no grounds are made out to allow the application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C” for ordering an investigation. Subsequently the High Court also rejected his appeal.
The present appeal is directed against that order for registration of a proper case.

Gopal Goyal’s family got the surname Kanda because their ancestors were in the weighing machine (kanda) business. He named his airlines after his father Murli Dhar (MD) and son Lakh Ram (LR).
The now-defunct MDLR Airlines was once the dream project of Kanda, who ran a showroom of Hawai Chappals in the early nineties.
Kanda, who belongs to Sirsa, touched the skies in business as well as in politics in a short span. The MDLR Group has interests in real estate, shopping malls, hospitality, aviation, education, media and many more fields. And when he took his first plunge in politics in 2009, he emerged as a minister in Bhupinder Singh Hooda Cabinet.
Kanda's group owns five star hotels, malls, multiplexes, housing societies, a private university in Himachal, an international-level school affiliated to Oxford University and other properties.
Kanda's father, Murli Dhar Kanda, a criminal lawyer in Sirsa's court, was a well-off person and a key RSS functionary, according to Krishan Lal Saini, a former chairman of the Sirsa Market Committee and a confidant of the former minister.
His younger brother, Govind Kanda, who played a key role in his meteoric rise, was a devotee of Tara Baba, a mendicant, who lived in a hut built in the agriculture fields of Ramnagria, where the Kandas have now developed the famous Tarkeshwar Dham, also known as "Tara Baba Kutiya".
It was then that Tara Baba, a chain smoker, advised Gopal Kanda to leave Sirsa and try his luck in Gurgaon.
Kanda started his business with a brokerage firm, but later took plunge into big deals with the state government's blessings. Haryana's 'change of land use' laws came in handy for him as he became a facilitator for business houses and realtors to convert agriculture land into housing or commercial properties.
In the 2000 assembly elections, he weighed then CM Om Parkash Chautala's candidate from Sirsa, Padam Jain, against currency notes.
After Tara Baba's death in 2003, Kanda set up a trust and converted his hut into a big temple.
Several celebrities such as Hema Malini, Sanjay Dutt, Suneil Shetty, Narender Chanchal, Anuradha Podhwal and Richa Sharma have visited Tara Baba Kutiya.
His bad patch started with the advent of the Congress government in Haryana. In 2008, his offices were raided by income tax officials in Gurgaon and Sirsa, when a number of his followers were booked for manhandling IT officials and mediapersons. MDLR was grounded in 2009 due to losses.
It was at that time that Kanda decided to take a plunge into electoral politics. After INLD's rout in the 2009 parliamentary poll, he decided to contest the Sirsa assembly seat as an Independent.
Money was spent lavishly during the campaign that witnessed celebrities like actress Rati Agnihotri, "Chak De India" fame Komal Chautala, Comedian Bharti Singh and Saloni campaigning for Kanda.

Sirsa could well be the richest district in Haryana. nirra maal masala to Chautala family ne daab raakhya se, ar is lalaji ki sampatti ka khulaasa to ibbe hona shuru hoya hai. arabpati aasaami paavega yo. iski saari sampatti jabt kar ke nilaam kar deni chahiye sarkar ne agar yo surrender na kare to. nanga bucchaa kar k chhod dyo.

नई दिल्ली. एयरहोस्टेस गीतिका शर्मा सुसाइड मामले में पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट से कई चौंकाने वाले तथ्य सामने आए हैं। पुलिस सूत्रों का कहना है कि रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, गीतिका का शारीरिक शोषण हुआ था। इस खुलासे से यह सवाल भी उठ खड़ा हुआ है कि कहीं यही वो वजह तो नहीं थी, जिससे गीतिका टूट गई और उसने मौत को गले लगा लिया। संभवत: इसी वजह से गीतिका ने अपने सुसाइड नोट में लिखा था कि ‘कांडा बेशर्म इंसान है और वह हर लड़की पर बुरी नजर रखता है।’
गीतिका का पोस्टमार्टम 6 अगस्त को दिल्ली मौलाना आजाद मेडिकल कॉलेज में किया गया था। पुलिस के अनुसार पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में मौत की वजह के अलावा कई और बातें सामने आई हैं जो अहम हैं। रिपोर्ट में डॉक्टर्स ने खुलासा किया है कि गीतिका के साथ लंबे समय से यौन संबंध बनाए गए थे। इसके बाद जब पुलिस ने अरुणा चड्ढा से पूछताछ की तो उसने गीतिका का गर्भपात कराए जाने का खुलासा किया।
उधर इस मुद्दे पर उत्तर पश्चिमी जिला के डीसीपी डॉ. पी. करुणाकरन ने कुछ भी कहने से मना कर दिया। उनका कहना है कि जांच चल रही है। कांडा की गिरफ्तारी के बाद ही पता चलेगा कि गीतिका का शारीरिक शोषण करने वाला वही था या कोई और। ये भी पड़ताल होनी है कि गीतिका से यौन संबंध उसकी मर्जी से बनाए गए या मर्जी के खिलाफ? और ऐसा करने वाला शख्स कांडा ही है या कोई और?
अरुणा का रिमांड एक दिन बढ़ा : दिल्ली पुलिस ने शनिवार को अदालत से इस मामले की सहआरोपी अरुणा चड्ढा के पुलिस रिमांड की मांग की। उसने कहा कि गीतिका का कई बार गर्भपात कराया गया था जो अलग-अलग नर्सिग होम व अस्पतालों में हुआ। इस काम में अरुणा ने उसकी मदद की थी। पुलिस को अरुणा की मदद से उन अस्पतालों व नर्सिग होम्स की पहचान करनी है। इसके बाद कोर्ट ने अरुणा का पुलिस रिमांड एक दिन के लिए बढ़ा दिया।

Kanda lands in fresh trouble
As former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda evaded arrest for the fifth day in the Geetika Sharma suicide case, fresh trouble has been brewing for the tainted politician.
The widow of Krishan Kumar, a 47-year resident of Gurgaon who died in custody, will file a petition today in the
office of the District Legal Services Authority for legal aid to move the Punjab and Haryana high court against local MLA and Sports & Youth minister, Sukhbir Singh, who had allegedly sought help from Kanda to murder Kumar.
The family of the deceased alleged that Singh acted in vengeance to settle score after Kumar had filed a case against him over fake votes. The deceased had been booked by the police in 2009 on charges of picking up a fight with a neighbour. He was later released on bail while the trial continued in a local court.
"On January 1, 2011, the Gurgaon police arrested him and produced him in court though a hearing for the same case was pending on February 1, 2011. He was sent to judicial custody at about 11am by the local court and taken to a Gurgaon jail around 5pm. The same day, at 6pm, we were informed that he had died in the jail. He was brought dead to the Civil Hospital," said OP Kataria, brother of the deceased.
He alleged that the Singh, with the help of the then state home minister Gopal Kanda, got his brother arrested illegally and murdered him in judicial custody. The family had moved the local court earlier after it received legal aid. The court had, however, dismissed the case on May 20, 2011.
Singh, on the other hand, has denied the allegations and termed the recent developments a result of political rivalry.
Kanda is still untraceable and on the run, police say.
