Firm that sold land to Vadra was floated by Gopal Kandaâ brother


CHANDIGARH: The company which sold 3.5 acre land in Shikohpur village in Gurgaon to UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra was floated by brother of tainted former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda in 2004.
Govind Kanda told TOI that he had sold Onkareshwar Properties Private Limited later.
"I don't remember exact details as these affairs were managed by my brother Gopal," he said. Govind is a member of Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) now while Gopal, a former state home minister is in Tihar jail under the charges of abetment to suicide in the Geetika Sharma case.

Details indicate that the directors of the company had close proximity with senior politicians, including Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda. A Sirsa resident, Govind and Gurgaon resident Pradeep Kumar in 2004 had constituted the company with equity shares of 5,000 each.

Agreed but was propagated by NDTV mostly with facts. Khemka alone would have been nothing without the right media support.

Point is simple and for those who call news channels paid when they show anti-modi reports, not everything that goes against your god is not paid or biased.

The INLD alleged today that the state government had
granted favours to companies owned by relatives of Chief Minister Bhupinder
Singh Hooda's confidant and former union minister Venod Sharma on change of land
use (CLU).

Addressing a press conference here today, senior INLD leader and Ellenabad
MLA Abhey Chautala alleged that Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra was not
the only person who had benefited from CLUs granted by the Hooda Government as
several firms having employees and relatives of Sharma as directors were given
CLUs by the Hooda Government in Gurgaon. Like Robert Vadra, these companies sold
the commercial licences to other companies for hefty profits running into
hundreds of crores of rupees, Abhey alleged.

Chautala claimed that Vatika Company, a firm promoted by Onkeshwara
Properties, the company which sold Robert Vadra Shikohpur land measuring 3.58
acres, was granted three licences to develop nearly 26 acres in Gurgaon
district. Onkeshwara Properties had Satyanand Yaji and Sandeep Dahiya, Hooda's
close associates, as directors, Abhey alleged.

Similarly, Mark Buildtech and Lakhsya Buildtech, which had Sharma's employees
and relatives as directors, were granted CLUs for 17.94 acres and 10.38 acres,
respectively, in Gurgaon district.
Chautala reiterated his party's demand for a probe by a sitting Supreme Court
Judge into all CLUs granted by the Hooda Government.

Conditional support for Khemka

Asked whether the INLD would stand by whisteblower IAS officer Ashok Khemka
if the Hooda Government took any action against him, Chautala claimed that his
party's support to the officer would be conditional. "If Khemka was factually
correct, the INLD would support him.However, if had suppressed facts to prepare
his report about the Vadra-DLF land deal, the state government should register
an FIR against him," he quipped.

Vikas, Khemka has filed a report of 179 pages. I doubt he will form such an elaborated report without proper stats and facts. I agree, media played a big role in getting the information to layman and they may have unearthed additional information through their own sources, but IMO credit should lie with Khemka for unearthing the scam.

कोए भी दिग्विजय सिंह हो ,उहने कित बोलना आवे स ? इब्ब ते इस्सी हालत होरी स अक ज्युकर कोए भी आपने बालक का नाम रावण कोणी धरदा ,न्यू-ए दिग्विजय सिंह भी कोणी धरेंगे ।

Yu Popat, aj 3 manjil ki kothi gaad rhya se ar sabte faltu challe se is baniye ki. Jis din Bhuppi rohtak me rukya kare, is baniye gel jarur party hoya kare.

अर हाँ, इस पोपट की एक बेबे भी स जो कुवारी स एब तक।... समझ ते थम गये होगे।..
