Kasuti khabar hai. Pata nahi is baat mein kya sachai hai.
Gurgaon sehar mein to jameen bachi nahi jahan aise flats ban sakein.

ek nazar is khabar par bhi dalein.
Jahan ek acre 5 crore ki hai matlab 10500 ke aaspass ek gaj. Wahan flats is keemat par mil sakte hain to kamal ho jayega
 
Bhaiya, there is nothing exciting as they didn't mentioned about the accommodating capacity. Chhote-Chhote ghar honge.

Three bed rooms to door ki baat hai....do bed room ka bhi nahin banta itne mein....'One room set for bachelor' ka idea hoga :D
 
This is incomplete news!!!

Actual fact is --- Haryana govt's HUDA and Housing Board department has made one regulation that all private sectors and group housing societies will have to make at least some 10-15% ( dont know the exact percentage) flats for Low Income Group. Area of such flats can not be less than 25 SQMT. Such flats will be given to people having yellow cards.....


Kehan ka matlab yeh hai ki.... yeh private builders us 10-15% pe jo loss lengey....woh baaki 85% mere aur aap jaise logon se vasool karengey........ !!!

Poori khabar ke liye koye ENGLISH ka news paper padh liyo..... 2-3 din pehlam ki khabar hai yaa !!

This seems a joke or something hidden one.Also yellow card holders will not be able to buy these because of they r not in position to arrange the amount mentioned,that is why they r having yellow card.Let us give them a very reasonable offer with a real intention to help them:cool:
 
Is anybody doing critical analysis of the ambitious schemes that have been initiated by the current government in Haryana? Are these developmental efforts sustainable over the years?
