ये तागा हालाँकि सभी मोडों के लिए होना चाहिए था पर लगता के सिर्फ़ डाक्टर साहिब के लिए बनके रह गया हे. मेरी पोस्ट्स जिन खातिर मेने आवाज़ थाई थी वे एक ऐसे मोड ने delete करी थी जिसको मेने एक साल मे ऑनलाइन देखा भी नही. मेरी पोस्ट मे ऐसा कुछ भी नही था जो आपतिजनक हो. मेरा कसूर इतना था मे उसके एक दोस्त से सवाल जवाब मे उलाज़ बैठा था. फेर उसने वा थ्रेड लॉक कर दी.
डॉक्टर साहिब ने भी मेरी पोस्ट धोड़ी हे पर कम त कम मे इतना कह सकूँ हूँ के वे निस्पक्श स. राजपाल जी त पहली उन मोड़ ती हटाना चाहिए जो कुछ करते नही हे फेर भी पद पे बैठे हें. उनकी जगह मे भाई रविंदर, वी पी सिंग, अनिल सांगवान, समर सिंग आदि के नाम का परताव करता हूँ . डॉक्टर साहिब की एक खूबी तो हे के वे अपना काम पूरी लग्न से करते हे तो उनको इतिहास और विकी का मोड़ बना दिया जाए.

There is a team of four members of moderators of this forum at present. How does it function, is the question which is agitating the minds of a few friends. Let me say a few words on the issue.
I can assure all the members of the site that none of us has personal interest in resorting to unwarranted edit/delete his or her post or to rejoice in awarding 'infraction'. It is done only in case of violation of certain norms.
Infraction is awarded to make one aware that one is not on the right path in one's discussion/post and the infraction ends with passing of the limited time stipulated for the purpose. The cause of 'editing/deletion and infraction' with a piece of advice is forwarded to the concerned member through personal message after the action has met final approval from the 'system'.
Therefore, no chance for a moderator/editor to function against any member in an arbitrary manner. The decision making has several layers and they collectively implement the Site Policy, Rules and Regulations.
It is a welcome step that some of the friends have rightly started to contact senior members to re-activate their participation. who have tried to highlight some of shortcomings/errors of judgement during the course of editing/moderating action,.
All the short comings pointed out or criticism, perhaps, has made the participants wiser and created awareness among them about what they are expected to write and what not to write. In case of doubt members are free to go through three steaky threads on this very sub-forum above.
It is hoped this would minimise the number of complaints in the form of 'Reported Posts' and lead to smooth running of the discussions on the respective sub-forums of the site without intervention of the moderators in the matter.
I may be permitted to add here that due to stalemate generated by us, even today some of the 'reported posts' are waiting attention of the editors.
If such reported posts section remains unattended for unlimited time, a new issue would be raised by the reporters and if intervention is initiated, those whose posts/threads are involved would start to send private messages and would also start contacting on phone to the 'well wisher of the site'.
Present is the period of dilemma for the editors as was faced by one of the protagonist in a famous dramma by Shakespeare: 'to do or not to do, that is the question' !
Could anyone suggest a solution to the situation.
