Gurdwara Manjhee Sahib — standing on the western bank of Ramsar, becomes evident. The ninth Sikh Guru, Tegh Bahadur, had placed a cot here (therefore Manji Sahib) and rested for a couple of days while on his way to Delhi to make the supreme sacrifice against the oppressive Aurangzeb, the last of Moghul emperors. This incident of martyrdom took place in 1765 A.D.
