Haryanvi as Distinct Language: alphabets to be added to std Devnagri/Hindi script

A. PREAMBLE
To keep the culture alive, I suggest a campaign to grant HARYANVI language a status of

1. SCHEDULED LANGUAGE in the Indian constitution. Constitution of India has 22 official languages (called scheduled languages). See more at wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Languages_with_official_status_in_India

as well as

2. the OFFICIAL LANGUAGE of the State of Haryana.

B. RATIONALE for the distinct status:
Additional efforts to learn the yet-to-be standardized and yet-to-be-given-legal-status Haryanvi language will be miniscule for those who know Hindi and Devnagri script. Yet the benefits to the DISTINCT growth of Haryanvi culture, heritage, literature, identity-pride are manifold as the official status will act as a force multiplier, otherwise with rapid urbanization Haryanvi may vanish over next few generations as the standard lingua franca HINDUSTANI (in colloquial usage) and standardized Hindi (in literary circles) take over. Minimum effort, maximum Cultural Preservation.

C. TOPIC FOR THE THREAD:
Subsequent steps will entail setting up HARYANVI CHAIR within Hindi department, Haryanvi language promotion board (HARYANVI SAHITYA evam KALA AKADMI) - though it may currently be covered under current HARAYANA HINDI AKAEMI but we need specific focus, etc.

So, watch out for more posts from me to raise awareness on social media and will take up with my ministerial sources within Govt of Haryana. Let us all do it on our own level. I recognize this is a vast topic and may span off multiple threads, if so, please do post.

In terms of tangible things to discuss here, what are the additional alphabets need to be added to the current Standard Devnagri Script used for the Hindi (44 alphabets) e.g. "ळ". What are other ALPHABETS?

Haryanvi Language de yad aaya .

In Other Official Language mei earlier for Haryana it was " Tamil " .....coz when haryana become state 1st CM does not want any thing of Punjab so he has suggested to choose that language jiska door door tak Punjabi se koi connection na ho . Later CM Hooda has got it changed to " Punjabi from Tamil ".

( Please do not ask source.....read somewhere ....might be possible gossip .....I find it funny...so sharing it )

1. Do all people of Haryana speak the so called Haryanvi dialect ?
2. Any major literary work written in so called Haryanvi language ?

Why do you call it language and just not a dialect of Hindi?

Actually yes ( not purely may be .....but with changing times dialects / languages do change ) .....including who have came to Haryana for their livelyhood . That is why others call them " Jats " ....typical cliche whosoever speak Haryanvi is Jat .

( Only as per my experience )

Yup I myself has experienced it n number of times, that whosoever speaks haryanvi is termed as Jat, and somewhere it is one of the main reason that stereotype notions are kept about "We Jats".

Isn't it surprising to note Maharashtrian, Uduiya, Bangla, Tamil, Telgu, Kannad, Gujrati, Punjabi, and so on are in fact local dialects which gradually emerged as state languages? All dialects including Hindi, English etc also do change with local changes, don't they? Only Haryanvis and Rajasthanis feel proud to speak "Akashwani"(AIR) Hindi. All other states in India use their own local dialects with pride. Undoubtedly, in Haryana there are local dialects albeit they are not so foreign to common persons on street as can English be. As a matter of fact the educated Jats (most of them) have good command over English and this is something we should be proud of. What if we don't have any major literary/historical work is not in Haryanvi but certainly a lot of work can be found in Rajasthani and Rajasthani is almost akin to Haryanvi.
But, the idea that the Haryanvis should use their own dialect is worth consideration, but we need to stress sobriety when we use.
